Gated Golf Course Luxury ~ Newly Remodeled with Pool, Spa & EV Charger

For what we needed, it was great. You are fairly close to Falcon Field Airport so you do hear plane and helicopter noise. Plus, backyard is on a busy road so you do hear road traffic while outside. You are not on the golf course. The bedrooms are on front of condo, so road noise is minimal. Pool is great and often we were the only ones at it. Garage is small, so our rented large SUV did not fit. Contacted Jason and he quickly got us parking certificate for the street spaces available within the gated community. We had a wonderful, comfortable time.Jason the Property manager was quick to answer any questions.

The host was easy to communicate with an accommodating to our needs. Thanks for letting the team stay at your properties! Would recommend!

Jason was very responsive! Great location, walkable to restaurants and grocery store. Minutes from great hiking (Usery and Lost Dutchman). Perfect set up with our dog, near the dog area. Great stay!

Property is very near Falcon Field Airport which made it a little noisy with helicopter traffic. Location is good for grocery shopping and restaurants. Initially the unit was not as clean as we expected but that was remedied quick.

Liked location, close to Usary Regional Park. Nice townhouse in pleasant quiet neighborhood.

Our 2 months in this condo were so enjoyable! The neighborhood is friendly and well maintained. The condo was comfortable and clean and the mattress in the master bedroom was the best we've ever had in a rental. And I loved being so close to the pool. The location was great for the things we enjoy doing like golf, hiking, and shopping. Hope to return in the future.

Everything when well but we noticed a few standard items where not stocked. We called our property manager and he delivered the missing items along with a bonus cheese cake. The property had an accurate description and was fantastic.

We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up renting like 6 other homes through Jason as we were part of a very large group. The pictures do not do the area nor the home justice. All the TV's have access to games, netflix, hulu, etc and they are in every room. I could not get my kids to leave their rooms (in this case that was a good thing...as that meant quality relax time for us). The pool and hot tub were perfect and very clean (heated as well). The salt river was a ton of fun (very relaxing as well). We were also able to enjoy a ride in a world war II B17 bomber (airplane) across the street at the Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum (they give rides in other vintage airplanes as well). My husband and I loved the vintage pinball arcade just down the road...it was fun showing the kids the games we played growing up! Jason was very receptive to all requests and provided an unending stream of recommendations on restaurants/things to do in the area. We are definitely coming back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

This place was amazing!! All was better than expected and was totally worth the money. Do not be fooled by lower priced options in the area as they are nothing like the pictures and will ruin your vacation comfort. Jason was very accommodating to our large group and was able to help us rent multiple homes in the area aligning to our needs and dates. I highly recommend this home!
