Celebrated a birthday with family! Clean safe and comfortable property with more than enough secure space to accommodate and entertain all ages! Impressed with the kitchen tools and accessories that were provided!

Main house does have cockroaches and should be fumigated. Never did receive any working coffee pot in main house. Couldn't use the Hot Tub (should have been disclosed to us, as according to the pool guy he has been working a couple of weeks. Outlets in the kitchen didn't work and couldn't find breaker. Dishwasher does not work properly. Towels/sheets, etc. are a little long in the tooth and need updating. The place seemed a bit tired and may need a freshening. Could not get early access, but the cleaning company was waiting in the driveway at 9:45am for our departure. When corresponding with the host (via text) they didn't even know when our stay was ended. They offered to fix coffee maker, etc. and never did. I reached out prior to completing this survey and they offered a 25.00 discount. As a frequent VRBO customer, I would NOT recommend this VRBO.

Where to begin? The property is as advertised! Magnificent main house with well equipped bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The game room/great room is amazing. Great for kids and adults. The grounds are well maintained and the exterior wall provides next level privacy. The Host was responsive and easy to reach with routine questions. A wonderful home for large gatherings. A perfect home base for our son’s wedding. Highly recommend this property!

This property was AWESOME! Great layout and the outside part of the property is excellent for family reunion get-togethers.The outdoor kitchen is perfect for foodies!

We had a great stay at this rental home in Bradenton, Florida! The house provided plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy time together. The pool was definitely a highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for both kids and adults. We also appreciated the proximity to the beach, which was convenient and made day trips easy.While we thoroughly enjoyed the home, we did feel that a few areas could use a bit of TLC to bring it up to the standard you’d expect at this price point, which is more in line with a luxury property. With a few upgrades, this home could easily go from great to exceptional.Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we made great memories here!

Some of the auto responses around messages were confusing and should be revised. Otherwise great property and well stocked.

Location was great and my family absolutely loved it. The only shortcomings was the advertised amenities were not available.

We visited Bradenton for a wedding and reception for about 60 people. We ended up finding out that we were allowed to have a reception at the house and it was the perfect fit. Twenty of us stayed at the house, we had our ceremony on Holmes Beach and then came back to the house for a reception. There was plenty of room for the DJ, Caterers, bar items, tables, etc. it was literally perfect for our day. We are so thankful for all of the amenities and the memories we were able to make using this property! We will be back.

We paid a little more than usual and were not disappointed. This is a very very nice property. There is plenty of parking, plenty of bathrooms, a huge, well-equipped kitchen, very large indoor and outdoor dining space. Any concerns were addressed immediately by the management company. It’s a great location for walking or riding bikes. Everything is updated and all the beds we used were comfortable. There is a main house and guest house. So much room. It was wonderful!!

This property suited our large group very well. It feels like a contained private compound being surrounded by a cement wall, and in a very nice quiet neighbourhood. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds, lots of bathrooms and the best equipped VRBO that we have ever stayed in, including kitchen equipment, dishes, cutlery, appliances beach towels, and indoor towels. The outdoor space is large and very enjoyable. Lots of tables, chairs, lounges. A large pool, separate hot tub, putting green, covered barbecue area including sink and refrigerators, and the grassed area allowed for our large group enjoy a lot of fun and laughs. The games room is large and equipped with pool table, foosball table, and large TV with plenty of seating. Location is close to anything you need and near beach areas. The very few issues we had were addressed very promptly. Overall the property and management company get 5 stars.

The house turned out to be great for our family. Unfortunately, this house came up on VRBO as being the first one listed for Anna Maria Island, Florida. The house is actually in Bradenton, Florida almost 1/2 hour from Anna Marie Island. The house was well stocked other than dish towels. The children had plenty to do with the pool, the game room and toys that we brought. The house seemed clean but all of us woke up with bed bug bites that did not exist on our bodies when we went to Bed. The bedrooms probably all need to be fumigated.

We had the best experience at this great place! We were able to comfortably have our 18 girls, and two moms stay here and enjoy it. The girls were able to rest and relax around their lacrosse tournament at IMG. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
