Cape San Blas, Florida
Cape San Blas is a natural retreat enjoyed year-round by adventure travelers seeking a respite from day-to-day life. The Cape is a peninsula separating the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay, two of the most beautiful yet diverse bodies of water. Go scalloping, kayaking, paddle boarding on the bay, and hit the deep waters fishing in the Gulf. With a bike path extending from one end of the peninsula to the other, exercise on vacation has just gotten more entertaining. It’s tough to beat the views and sights you see along the Loggerhead Trail. Bring your pickleball paddles and join in a game at Salinas Park for those looking to work up a sweat. Here, you will also find a playground to entertain the young ones, screened-in picnic areas, a fire pit with chairs, as well as a kayak launch into the bay. On either end of Cape San Blas, you can listen to live music or taste some of our local brews at Scallop RePUBlic or Coneheads 8020.
Sea Cliffs is a gulf front, gated community located on the peninsula's northern end next to the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. This townhome community includes amenities to make any vacation convenient and more enjoyable. In the center of the community, you will notice the large community pool as the focal point with restrooms, an outdoor shower, and comfortable chairs for sunbathing. Sea Cliff I-51 Coastal Spendor is a pet-friendly rental property, and so is Sea Cliffs, so dogs are welcome to enjoy the beach along with you while on a leash.
Coastal Splendor is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath townhouse located on the southern side of the community closer to Barrier Dunes. A rental home where space and separation collide. You can throw those wet bathing suits in the wash on the ground floor as you enter inside. Up the first flight of stairs are two of the four bedrooms, and both are masters, with one having a deck. The next flight of stairs will lead you to another floor of bedrooms. A third master and a bedroom suited for kids or singles with twin beds. When ready to fall asleep, find your quiet on one of the first two levels. The top floor is the large open living level with a spacious living room and eat-in kitchen with additional bar seating, where the action takes place. All floors are accessible by elevator.
Bring the kids, bring the pets, take a girls’ getaway or a guys’ fishing trip! No matter the occasion, Cape San Blas and Sea Cliff I-51 Coastal Splendor is a great place to call home-base.

With four levels, elevator is a must have. Just steps to the pool & private beach access. Nice sunset view !
The first thing I would like to tell you is that this unit has a serious mold/mildew problem! We could smell it as soon as we walked into the unit. I have a 13 yr old with special needs that has a compromised immune system and I would NOT let her use the 4th floor bathroom due to all the mold/mildew...you even have a sign outside the door that states do not close door which means you know how awful the problem is. Another problem with this unit is the elevator. On arrival we tried to call the elevator to the 1st floor due to my daughter and my aging parents not maneuvering steps very well. The elevator would not come to the 1st floor. I called the property office and they sent out maintenance to check the elevator. Apparently the elevator has a default where it goes to the 2nd floor and stops. If the elevator is on the 2nd floor and you call it from another floor it will not move. This obviously defeats the purpose of the elevator and I would have never booked this place (with 4 floors) if I had known the elevator did not work properly. The unit is old and needs some major repair work. Most of the door knobs leading to the balconies did not work or were nearly falling off. As a property management company, it is your responsibility to repair these problems before another family has to deal with these issues. I will be leaving a review on VRBO about my concerns with this property.
The stay was awesome. Everything was clean and comfortable. The elevator was not working (or at least we couldn’t figure out how to get it to work), so we had to use the stairs every day, which was sometimes tiring. Other than that, we had a nice time and would like to go back.
Very clean ,exactly as advertised .would definitely stay there again
