Overall great stay. Nice layout, close to second pool/pickleball court and the dollar general for little needs. Farthest street from the beach. Owner provided wagon and 4 beach chairs which was nice. We had a few issues on our first full day that we tried communicating with property management company that took awhile to get resolved with very little communication. They text you from 2 different numbers, so not always clear which to communicate too. Our main bathroom had 2 shower issues, one with drain and one with shower handle spinning. Took over 24hrs to get a response, only after a call, no response to our text though acknowledged receiving it. They gave no eta just saying they had a list of issues as we had 1 shower for 8 people. They said we didn’t have to be there but we wanted to be sure to be there as the shower handle just spun and water wouldn’t turn on (obviously stripped and needed replaced) and we had teen daughters we didn’t want alone with a service individual. Randomly showed up about 5 hrs later and didn’t replace. Just tightened with a screw driver and accused us of turning the handle too far although we called in the issue 24hrs after checkin and first showers. It is stripped & needs replaced. Also the vacuum was non-functional as brush wouldn’t turn and knob knocked in. Randomly a new one appeared inside the house after a second individual dropped off. Would’ve appreciated better 2-way communication when coming in-or completed.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely suggest staying here. It is up near the front of the lot so the walk to the beach is about as long as it gets in this neighborhood, around 12-15 minutes BUT, the neighborhood golf cart runs about every 10 minutes to the front of the house so it’s super easy and the house it right next to the small pool in the neighborhood so that was super helpful with the small kids we had. Great place and had a great time!

It was a good clean house with plenty of space for the 11 of us. The only thing that was a surprise is they provide you with one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag not fully stocked like every other place we have stayed. Not such a great surprise at 11 at night. Great location though and a golf cart that picks you up and takes you to the beach! The wagon with chairs and some sand toys was a nice bonus!

We started with a couple of days of snow, which was beautiful next to the palm trees, and after that, the weather was beautiful. We walked to the beach, ate at the restaurants, and chilled in the spacious, relaxing home. Everything was perfect!

We had the best time, great rental and great community. We loved that it was 1 story with the amount of space it had.

Despite all the window blinds being super dusty and a few lights not working(ticket was turned in for repair but they never showed) this place was our favorite thus far and was the perfect spot for our family vacation! We loved the jetted tub the most. And the addition of beach accessories was a great surprise. The walk to the beach is a bit further than you think and you can’t drive to it and park unfortunately. Also, the security people aren’t friendly and stay on you at all times, which is good and bad. I would also suggest bringing mixing and storage bowls as there is only 2. Again, we loved this house and would stay again.

House was was clean and comfortable, fitted 6 teenagers and 2 adults very well. Location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the nearest public beach. Would recommend this place!

We arrived an hour or two later after check-in due to the weather on the road. When arrived everything was clean and in place just as specified on the arrival notes. Our vacation stay was only for 4 nights. We went to the beach which was only 2 blocks away walking. Just as mentioned inside the home and on the app, you do pay a $30.00 one-time fee if you go before 4:00 pm. Just note: after 4:00 pm you do not have to pay that fee at all. The rental fee for umbrellas & two chairs is as well as a $30.00 additional rental fee (between the hours the beach opens until 4:00 pm). Also, we did enjoy the pool in the afternoon until 10:00 pm. Grocery stores: You will find a Dollar General at walking distance, no need to take a vehicle. We walked to the store and took a wagon with us to carry our items. For other food in the area, you will find Culver's and Mcdonald's. We shopped at Walmart and Dollar General for what we needed for the stay. Overall, we put everything back in place and departed at 10:00 am. House and bedrooms were perfect for the number of people that went...9 of us. Loved that the house had a toddler chair for our 2-year-old. Overall recommended.
