This property has it all...great view of the gulf, large community pool and plenty of space for the entire family.  Sea Cliffs is a gated townhome community located on the North end of Cape San Blas near the State Park.  It is a very nice neighborhood and great for families, even the dogs as there are pet stations throughout for the afternoon walks.  Capture the Cape is great for a large group.  There are 4 bedrooms that each have their own full baths, TV and DVD players.  Two of the bedrooms are masters with King beds and private balconies that each have wonderful views of the beach and the pool.  Let the kids play while you relax.  There is an elevator in the property making it easy to carry the groceries to the top floor living area.  The entire home is nicely furnished and well equipped; come enjoy all of the fun this property has to offer.

Floor Plan: Ground level - covered, paved parking, foyer and laundry area.  1st level - Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with king bed, TV, DVD, full bath and private, furnished deck with great views of the gulf, pool & playground; and Bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds, TV/DVD and full bath.  2nd level - Bedroom 3 - Master bedroom with king bed, TV, DVD/VCR, full bath and furnished, private balcony with great views; and Bedroom 4 - queen bed, TV, DVD and full bath.  3rd level - main living floor with living room with TV, and DVD; daybed with trundle; and an eat-in kitchen with a table to seat 6 and 4 barstools, 1/2 bath and a open sundeck.

    FEEL THAT THIS PROPERTY NEEDS SOME REPAIRS. The torn wallpaper in the top level bathroom needs to be replaced and the top of the dresser in the master needs refinishing. The mattress on the beds are not comfortable. The sofa needs cleaning because they smell of dogs and so did the covering on the day bed (which we washed. I would not recommend this unit.

    The elevator was great! I think that’s undersold in the listing. With the living space being on the top floor, we couldn’t have made it without it with having to get all of our food up there. As for the property itself, it needs some TLC. Some of the furniture is broken or stained, and some of the beds would do good to be replaced since you can feel the body indentations from over the years. There was a moisture issue in the elevator shaft as well. The layout worked great for our family, since everyone had their own space. We were great location to the pool, and a short walk to the beach. Just needs some love, attention, and updating and it would be a wonderful place!

    Chose this property to stay while evacuating from Hurricane Ida. Overall the property is great location with easy beach access and a nice pool to lay out or relax during the day. The property itself, I’d give a rating of 4/5 due to the on site beach and beautiful view. As for my experience, I’m rating 3/5. Guest portal provided informative and detailed information regarding my stay and I enjoyed how easily accessible that was. The lack of cleanliness and lack of communication & transparency with the office was the downfall of my experience. Upon arrival, I noticed hair in my shower, sheets smelt as if they weren’t washed, and as I was reaching under the drawers to grab something of mines that accidentally dropped, I noticed an excessive amount of dust/hair/and even a piece of (food?) left over from either a previous reservation? Also since I was here for an evacuation stay, I needed wifi access to be able to work from my computer. There were many issues connecting to the wifi so I reached out to the office 3 times to see if there was a solution since wifi still didn’t work on my end after following their instructions on rebooting. I kept getting told that maintenance is on the way over to fix the problem but no one ever came.

    Light in elevator was out upon arrival for 2 days, coffee table was on its last legs , toilet flapper was broken in 3rd floor master, bought new one, shower curtains skumy. kitchen table top was crummy had to buy table cloth, dishes and glass ware not great had to buy new cutting board, strainer was cracked, all and all the place needs some tlc.

    Won't stay in that unit again. Outside furniture (table and 4 unlatching chairs) should be taken to the dumpster. Couldn't use it as it was rusted, old and dirty. There was actually a wooden tabletop under one of the table legs to try and keep the table level. Tripping hazard as well. The gas grill and entire area around it was so disgusting there was no way we were using it. See a pattern developing here. The inside furniture is outdated. Couch and love seat stained. Coffee table falling apart and ready to collapse. There is a big day bed in the middle of the living space. Why I have no idea. Unfortunately the bottom of the outside pool is permanently stained from debris from Hurricane Michael. We were told by the pool cleaners that the water is clean and chemically correct which we believe was true, but the water was way to cold to swim in anyways. The pool cleaners indicated the pool was going to be resurfaced sometime next year. The area and beaches are beautiful. Just won't stay in that unit again.

    Great place for 2 families, plenty of room, perfect location in sea cliffs. Right by pool. Elevator is a big plus as the kitchen and living area are on 4th floor.
