Gated and private mountaintop 30-acre Vineyard Estate, Pool, Jacuzzi, Gardens

The grounds were beautiful, with a lush garden, epic views, and surrounding vineyard. The house was a bit more rustic than expected (more farmhouse vibes than luxury estate). The bedding was aged and could use a refresh. The hosts were slow to respond during a prolonged power outage (which apparently happens often on Spring Mountain) but were otherwise nice and helpful leading up to check in.

We were in the area for a wedding. The house was spectacular. It was not easy to leave the property! Brian was a pro at communicating ahead of time and welcomed us with ease and a nice tour of the villa. We feel he went the extra mile for us and wholeheartedly recommend this rental for groups up to 10.

Exquisite property! Host Joan met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the house and grounds. The house is warm, cozy, and filled with beautiful art. It was the perfect location for a group trip to enjoy Napa. We will definitely be back!

This is a one-in-a-million place to stay. The location is fabulous. The house is beautiful, and it is very much like being in your own home. The furnishings are classic French Country with a lot of period pieces. The owners manage the property and are really great people. We are fairly frequent VRBO et al renters and this is best place we have stayed and the finest experience we have had.

When staying at the property, you get the feel that the owner is sharing her home with you. The owner walked us through the property and had a story to tell of each room and its contents. She encouraged us to make this our home during our stay, and it was!! It is spacious, relaxing and inviting. We plan on returning!!

This rental is beautiful and so much fun! The house is full of beautiful and quirky artwork, along with hundreds of books. We had a lot of activities planned for the area, but next time I would be happy just staying in this home, reading all day, and enjoying the beautiful surroundings! Joan and Brian are lovely and very helpful hosts!

The property is impressive and the house is full of interesting antiques and trinkets. Excellent location with a beautiful view. Very quiet and relaxing. Walk in the vineyard was excellent and there was plenty of room. Tough to get rides from town so work that out in advance.

Our group of 9 had a great time. This house was amazing both inside and out. Brian was very easy to work with in answering any questions; and Joan was so gracious to meet us, show us around, and share her home with us. The sunrises were beautiful. Everything that we needed was at the home. The house had plenty of space for our group. We couldn't have selected a better place to enjoy our weekend in Napa. We would definitely recommend this place to others; and if we have the opportunity to return, we would stay here in a heartbeat.
