Important Treehouse Information:
Do not leave children unattended in the treehouse or balcony of the treehouse.
Area behind patio and below treehouse is restricted, guests may not walk down to creek from the home.
No air conditioner and it is susceptible to nature (bugs). As it is a treehouse and many bugs live in tree houses as well as other creatures (squirrels) who may play in the tree and dance on the roof when you are there. (Pest control is in place)


Parking
Parking space available for 2 vehicles in the driveway, do not block sidewalk, parallel street parking also available.
No Smoking
No Parties, Guests only on property

We use professional pest control, but some pest activity may occur between cleanings
Texas Water Note:
Due to natural sediment, tap water in Texas may appear cloudy, have an unusual smell, or an odd taste. Some guests choose to use bottled water instead.

A friendly reminder will be sent on trash go-out day to ensure the bins are placed out on curb on Monday nights
