Stayed May 27, 2025My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Koi's place! The location is perfect: midway between the Festival and Patterson Theaters. The back garden is gorgeous with several places to sit along with a table and chairs for coffee or a meal. The front porch has a roof. We enjoyed sitting on the porch even when it was raining. It is so quiet! There is no traffic on the street.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024We saw 4 plays at the main stage. That is a 4 minute stroll from this property. We cooked breakfast each day and partook in sausage/cheese/bread with wine each day. Eating out was easy as many places are close. We found the living spaces and porches to be comfortable and relaxing. The beds and bathroom were also great. The street was very quiet.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024Clean, attractive, and though not a large place, there are lots of ways for people to be on their own: back patio, even deeper set garden, living room, as well as the upstairs bedrooms. Tremendous location on extremely quiet street. We will return next year.
