‘Garden House’ - Beautiful Mid-Century Home

Rosanna is a fabulous host - super responsive and communicative- we had a marvelous stay! The house is super clean, the beds are comfy, and the backyard is a magical oasis!

Wonderful home loved the garden the owners were incredibly responsive when we had an issue. I can’t say enough about their kindness.

The description of the area as the Garden District was spot on for this property. The mid-century home was very clean, simple and well stocked. The kitchen was compact and very easy to work in. The right number and size of pots etc for a medium sized group. But the multiple exterior spaces were the real gems. The plantings and furniture made spending time outside a real delight. We would love to come back again next years. And Rosanna was a very helpful host.

Very clean house. The interior of the home is very welcoming. The host is an exceptional artist, and it is decorated in her works. The exterior of the home is a botanical garden with three different areas to sit in depending on how much sun or shade you want. The hosts were very nice and responsive to all of our needs. A very nice 21 day stay.

Loved the comfortable beds and the outdoor space. House was located close to shopping and restaurants & other attractions.

Rosanna's home is charming, filled with beautiful art she has created and plants a gorgeous outside garden. The kitchen was stocked with spices and perfect for home travel. Rosanna was communicative and helpful throughout our stay - we'd definitely come back to the Garden House.

The Garden House felt like home right from the start. We loved studying each art work. Each expresses a mood, a feeling, and moment in time. The colors of the furnishings, floors and walls and selective decor all seemed drawn from the paintings. The gardens are like an oasis and filled with beautiful plantings. Thank you for the delicious coffee. All was perfect.

Host has great communication skills. House was clean and super nice. Nice backyard. Only downside is the neighborhood is not the best. We didn't feel safe walking in the neighborhood after dark. House has great proximity to everything we needed.

We stay at the Garden House whenever we’re in Tucson, and it never disappoints. The home has every feature and amenity you could want, with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, and ample closet space. The video projector for TV and streaming is a great touch, and original art decorates every room. We especially enjoyed the multiple outdoor seating areas set in beautiful garden spaces. The host is very communicative and easy to work with. Will be back again!

We were in town for a family birthday celebration and booked this home because it had enough rooms and appeared to have nice backyard space. We were blown away with the well appointed inside spaces but the backyard was a little slice of heaven. Highly recommend!

The house was lovely and so close to Sabino Canyon! The backyard was like its own oasis and the perfect place to relax. Morning coffee next to the water feature was magical. The attention to detail throughout the house was apparent and greatly appreciated. Filtered water, puzzles and weights, the projection TV (amazingly clear!), recycling and beautiful artwork were wonderful touches that made the whole experience even more special. Fantastic home. Beautiful artwork. Gorgeous yard. Quiet street. It had EVERYTHING we needed.

The house was immaculate with easy access, a nice kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and a beautiful back yard. It was quiet and peaceful and the owner was kind and quick to respond to messages especially when I found myself in a medical emergency after checking in. After several communications the situation was eventually resolved between VRBO, the owner and myself in a manner that I appreciated and was happy with.

We enjoyed living with Rosanna‘s artwork in this comfortable, well stocked home. Each morning we woke up to birds singing. Lounging in the shaded garden on the hammock and comfortable outdoor furniture was the best! This is the best place we’ve stayed in Tucson so far while visiting our daughter at the U of A.

We loved the lay and the artwork was fantastic! I had family in from out of town and they loved the location and all the little touches that made this property absolutely fantastic for a Tucson respite.

We had a great stay here for two nights. The backyard was the highlight! The indoor and outdoor spaces are wonderfully designed and decorated, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into creating the space. Would highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our stay! Communication was a breeze and the owners are really pleasant. We loved everything about it, especially the back yard. It was cozy and relaxing to listen to the fountain and birds. We would love to stay here again next year

We stay in this centrally located home every time we visit Tucson to see our relatives, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, and the house is truly special, with original art thoughtfully placed in every room. The backyard is a serene oasis, complete with a lush garden feel, a gas grill, seating in two distinct areas, and even a calming water garden.Rosanna, the host, has thought of everything. The kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms are all fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Her attention to detail makes every stay effortless and enjoyable.

My communication with Rosanna was great, she was responded after every email and was very detailed with everything we needed to know about the house. We anticipated arriving in Tucson and early and she was able to accommodate us with an earlier than normal check-in time. The house was so nice, clean, simple and so comfortable. We were all amazed at the artwork and both the front and backyards with the plants and all the seating areas. We could not have asked for a nicer, cozier home to spend the weekend. We are already set to come back next year to participate in the Tour de Tucson again and agreed this is the perfect house for us. We cooked all our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed and having the coffee and other essentials in the kitchen was an added bonus. If we could give it more stars, we definitely would give it a 10. We will be back and thank you again for being the perfect hosts.

Both the front and backyards were stunning with the plantings. We enjoyed having lunch outside everyday we were there. It was like staying at the Botanical Gardens. Inside was lovely: totally updated and decorated with artwork by the host. Can't recommend this house enough!!

I loved appreciating all the incredible art in this peaceful space. The layout of the home was very comfortable clean and functional. I loved the master bathroom shower setup im so inspired to recreate this in my own home. The outdoor patio is so comfortable and inviting I hope to stay here again soon! Highly recommend!
