After exploring the busy City of York, relax and rest your tiring feet in the garden gazebo, with a cold drink or a cuppa, whilst enjoying the peacefulness of the surrounding.

Guests will full access to the property, this 2 bedroom quiet home is perfect for families, couple or friends. Overnight stay, a maximum of 6 guests, with the sofa bed extended.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are located downstairs. The living room has all the cosiness, warm blankets, game boards and 52 smart tv with top channels: Netflix and Amazon.

2 Bedrooms upstairs. Main bedroom has the king's size bed, simple but warmly welcoming. Other items are wardrobe, dressing table, ironing board, blow dryer and standing mirror. A cot can be provided upon request.

Second room is fitted with 2 single beds, and a sliding door that provides maximum space.

Rear garden is designed to provide an environment for relaxation. A wooden gazebo with lights and flowery skyline roof, including a set of rattan chairs.

A park and the river Ouse are located at the back of the property, ideal for a morning stroll.

Main amenities are within walking distance. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk that takes you into the city. The Railway Museum is 15 minutes walk, train station and town centre are 20 minutes walk.
