Garden Delight House

Located in Via Giosuè Carducci in Chia, Garden Delight House is a two-storey terraced house, perfect for those who want to experience a peaceful holiday, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia.

The house has two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning. One can be set up with two single beds, thus offering flexibility for families or groups of friends.

The living room features a complete kitchenette, equipped with a coffee machine, microwave and oven, ideal for preparing meals independently. There are two bathrooms: a complete bathroom with shower and a service bathroom with washing machine.

Outside, a well-kept private garden welcomes guests with outdoor furniture, a barbecue for outdoor grilling and a convenient outdoor shower for returning from the sea. Private parking and free Wi-Fi are also available.

The house is located in a quiet and well-kept residential area, just a few minutes' drive from the spectacular beaches of Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla and Campana.
