CHIA house villa stunning sea view terrace, swimming pool, wi fi free

Everything was perfect and we had everything we need. The view from the terrace is really nice. Would definitely go there again.

The apartment and location exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed by Luciana who showed us the place and answered all our questions. We highly recommend it and hope to be back soon.

We are a family of 4 and it was our very 1st time visiting Sardenia from the USA. We didn't know where to stay and we don't speak Italian. I rented this house based on the good reviews and beautiful photos. I have to say as we arrived it was even more amazing than the photos. Being greeted by Luciana that have waited for us for many hours since we got lost was like a family was worried for you and waited for your arrival. I can't even speak highly enough of the warmth, care, delicious treats that we got from Luciana and her husband. That alone made our Sardenian vacation. We travel each year somewhere in the world and have stayed in many home rentals, this experience topped them all. First, let me say that the location is perfect! You are so close to the most beautiful beaches that Chia has to offer, yet you are up on a hill and can enjoy each night the stunning view of the mountains. We enjoyed making our food and especially enjoyed dining at the local restaurant which was down the road. Our kids got to swim in the pool while I was doing some work. My 17 year old son loved this place so much, that he told Luciana that he wants to come back there for his honeymoon:) I was cracking up, he doesn't even have a girlfriend... We stayed there for one week and loved it so much that we returned and stayed in Luciana's other home since this one was booked. Thank you so much Luciana for always being there for us and making sure our stay was the best experience ever! I can't wait to come back. I'm in love with Sardenia and you and your husband will always have a special place in our hearts! You don't need to look anywhere else, just book this beautiful home and you'll be SO happy!!!

Villa is a perfect place to relax and discover the beautiful beaches in southern part of Sardegna. Everything is 100% as described. We can highly recommend this Villa and will come back when ever we will visit Sardegna again. And last but not least Luciana and Ignatius are best in world hosts from initial booking contact onwards.

Very nice and big flat, and good furnished. Everything was there including a good internet connection. The descriptions and photos are in accordance to what we met. As long as you don’t want to cook a five course menu, it is a perfect flat (the kitchen is small, but perfectly equipped). The coast is a 20 minute walk away and it is very beautiful. The communication with Luciana was very good, in advance and during our stay. If we come back to southern Sardegna, it will be our top location.

Luciana (and family) is a wonderful host - very friendly, welcoming and responsive. The apartment is well located near Chia's restaurants and a small local supermarket. The communal swimming pool is open during certain hours (10:00 - 13:30 and 15:30 - 20:00), and is next door but separate from the apartment garden. The apartment has a good washing machine, but no dishwasher. It was clean. The decoration is a little basic. Wifi good. We had a lovely stay. Mil grazie Luciana!
