Garden City Vacation Rental: Walk to Bear Lake

Fun family getaway. Check in was super easy. Home was extra clean. We enjoyed the space and the multiple bathrooms.

We had a great time at this house with our kids and grandkids. There's plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The 2 living spaces were perfect, kids could be upstairs watching a movie while adults are downstairs. The big kitchen was a plus with room for multiple people at a time and it's well stocked. Having 2 refrigerator/freezers and 2 sinks was a great addition. Large dining table and the kids table and chairs was a bonus. Plenty of room for late night games. The yard isn't very big but there is a park and grassy area nearby. The community pool, hot tub and being within walking distance to our favorite places are a plus. This is a great place for a large family or multiple families!

The location (prox to lake, shops, and restaurants) was great but for how new this house is and how much you pay in cleaning fees, it was gross. Dead bugs on every window sill and ledge, spills and prints all over walls, hair and dirt all along baseboards. The comforters clearly haven’t been washed in a long time and were gross. The smoke detector was missing from the main gathering area and there was part of the ceiling falling down near that area. The garage floor was constantly flooded. The microwave was broken. Don’t bother asking for an early check in or late check out as they acted like that was an abnormal request. We found a different house in the same neighborhood to book for next year as we all decided this wasn’t worth booking again.

The house was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well supplied. Having two family rooms was a definite plus. The hot tub and outside dinning was a bonus. It was a little difficult with toddlers.

We loved this home! The house was amazing and the location was perfect. Close to the lake and close to town. We used the club house pool and hot tub as well as the house hot tub. The house had everything we wanted including bathrooms attached to almost all the bedrooms. Loved that it had plenty of parking and a small lawn. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! So Nice to have 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and having 4 of the 6 bathrooms attached to the bedroom was great. kitchen was well stocked and very large with nice bar stools and a large dinner table. the couches were very comfortable. We loved the outside gazebo with dinning table and hot tub. The location was great, just outside of Garden City. It was really close to the grocery store and gas and has a walking path all the way from the Marina to town. The neighborhood is nice and it was quite in the evening. We would stay here again. This is a great space if you have multiple families. Lots of living space for everyone to gather and we loved that each bedroom had access to their own bathroom. Great location! Walking distance to Mike's Market and restaurants in Garden City.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is spacious, beautifully decorated and immediately feels like home away from home. The owner of the property provides a special touch by adding a welcome bag with delicious jelly, a book loaded with helpful community information, toys for young kids, and a fully equipped kitchen. We truly have no complaints. It was one of the best Vrbo’s stays we ever had!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. There was some significant late night construction noise next door, and a late loud party across the street, but these are HOA problems, not house issues. The streets in the neighborhood are narrow and parking is tight, but the homeowners have made an extra effort to provide adequate parking on the property. The house was very clean and spacious and there were lots of nice extras to make it feel like there had been thought put into providing an enjoyable vacation. We would love to stay here again.
