Stayed Aug 15, 2025Very comfortable house and furnishings with a huge pool! Finally a house that delivered all we were looking for. Comfy beds and furniture. The house is super close to stores, shopping and restaurants. A visit to the S.B. farmers market is a must. The pool is not heated but we hit on very hot days and the water was perfect. The pool was crystal clear and clean. All bedrooms nicely appointed, but all upstairs so if you are unstable on your feet as I am, go slow on the stairs. A bit slick but there is a handrail and bannister to hang on to. The fenced in yard for the pups was the cherry on top and one of the main reasons we chose this house. We were very satisfied and recommend this house.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025The purpose of our vacation to South Bend, Indiana was to enjoy time with our extended family. The accommodations were PERFECT! The dining room table comfortably fit 10 which was perfect for family dinners and game night. The pool, while unheated, was absolutely REFRESHING on 90 days and we used it daily! The check in procedures were communicated days in advance and provided step by step directions. The hosts were easily accessible via text message. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Stayed Sep 8, 2024Very nice interior. Only downfall was when we show up to start our stay. We got to the house 30 minutes after we had access to the house, the cleaner, we think, was still there for another 25 min. Other than that was a nice big backyard. All the rooms had a nice cozy feeling to it. And loved the color of the kitchen cabinets. Other than the arrival, it was an amazing stay.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024The house was very pretty and fit our needs. The only disappointment was the pool upon arrival, which was not suitable for swimming. The property owner and manager worked to resolve the situation which we appreciated. Overall we had a good experience.

Stayed Jan 3, 2024We loved staying here, it was perfect for our family of 5. Having a kitchen when we travel is critical due to severe food allergies. This home met all of our needs from the well-appointed kitchen to the ample washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable, everything was spotless, and the decor was peaceful. The home is even prettier in person than online. We really enjoyed the sunroom on the snowy winter mornings. Best of all, this home’s location was close to everything. We visited family, the Farmer’s Market, and Notre Dame. The neighborhood is pedestrian friendly, so if the weather is nice, you can run/walk to a number of destinations nearby. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit.
