Stayed Jun 13, 2026The house was great it wouldBe nice to either have an earlier check in time or later checkout would be nice to have steps to get into the hot tub. The table on the deck is broken. We had brown water on Monday there was rodent waste on the upper deck the sink on 1st floor is clogged hope this helps

Stayed May 24, 2026This home is really beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay! The location is ideal on the Cape, as well as within Chatham - to local restaurants, shopping etc. We loved watching movies in the living room (super-comfy) and playing Scrabble at the dining room table. The yard is gorgeous, and we loved listening to the birds on the deck with coffee from The Snowy Owl. However, thankfully it was just 3 of us, as were were unable to use the finished basement. It smelled very strong of mold/mildew. I reached out to Del Mar and while they were very responsive and it sounded like they would look into the issue, I told them nothing would be able to remedy it while we were there and I asked to be partially refunded. They did not oblige.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024This house was ideal. Clean, very comfortable beds, two living areas plus a large dining area, great kitchen with nice appliances, wonderful outdoor areas, large back yard. It was also in a great location and basically has everything you could wish for. We’ll be back!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The house was amazing (its even better than the pictures), the location was perfect (close to everything - just a short car/bike ride away, but far enough), the yard was great (we had two doggy visitors), plenty of space for guests, the driveway was able to fit a couple more cars than mentioned on the website (which was very helpful), and there is nothing like the outdoor shower!
