Game room in the garage, private hot tub, Perfect family vacation home!

This home was perfect for our group of 12. (1 infant, 2 teenagers, and 9 adults). This home was very clean. It was so fun to have the hot tub, bikes and game room. There was 2 tables on the back deck for outdoor seating (not pictured in photo's). We had such a great time and would do it all over again. The only con to the house was no AC. There are fans in each room but it was still toasty! We had a couple of minor issues with the property (clogged tub and broken coffee pot). However, the staff at VRBO and Sunriver were very quick to respond and resolve these issues.A couple of tips: *The kitchen has a good amount of dishes, cookware, etc., but bring your own foil, plastic wrap, spices, oil, special cooking items if needed. *No toiletries provided except very chalky bars of soap, so bring your own. *The SHARC does not provide towels so bring your own. We had an amazing stay! The home was lovely and clean! There was plenty of towels, dishes, cooking items, and even some spices and other small kitchen food items. I would recommend checking out what they have before you go shopping. The garage games and bikes were a huge hit with the kids! And it was so fun being able to eat outside on the beautiful deck. We will definitely be returning at our next stay in Sunriver!

The home was clean and well-stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, pool towels, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub, garage games, Wii, and back patio. Host was very fast at communicating if I needed anything, A couple of things were more our own preference than the fault of the property. The home felt smaller than expected from the photos, and it was farther from the village and pool than we typically prefer, so we ended up driving more than biking.The reason for our lower rating was the number of maintenance issues. Several bikes needed repairs or had flat tires, some outlets didn’t work, a few sinks drained slowly, and the master shower made a loud noise when used. The living room carpet is worn and curled in places, creating a tripping hazard, and some furniture could use updating. We also found dirty diapers left in the outdoor trash can. We knew there was no AC, but the biggest issue was that two of the upstairs bedrooms stayed very warm and were uncomfortable for sleeping. I don’t have room to write more of my review..Overall, it’s a nice home. We appreciated the extra bedrooms and amenities, but for the price, we expected a more polished experience.

Reviewer Comments: We had 9 people, including 3 couples 2 small boys nes and older singles. Plus our fur babies. House was very comfortable for our group. Most beds were comfortable- even the twin sized ones. I’m be of the mattresses has a humo in the middle but outside of that no one complained. Plenty of seating. Kitchen is adequate, pans not the greatest but that is definitely a common thing with so many renters going in and out. Plenty of plates and coffee cups a little low on glasses but you could use wine glasses or your own water bottles, as we did. We liked the location, right next to country store and enclosed dog park area.

Amazing proerty everything was perfect

However, the microwave did not work. Non-stick frying pan needs to be replaced. We did not use it. Food stuck to the stainless steel frying pans. We called & left a message with property management about the microwave and no one ever showed up since it was the weekend.

We stayed here for our annual ski trip vacation. It is a great house with a great layout and includes everything you need in the kitchen to make home cooked meals. This place also had plenty of things to keep kids and adult entertained while not on the slopes.

Great house, lots of room, comfortable beds and nicely stocked kitchen. Great family room in basement with plenty of games to play.
