Stayed Mar 5, 2026We drove five hours to get to South Bend and asked for a possible 3 PM check-in we were told no we would only be able to check in at 4 PM. The regular check in time. Then later message saying it would be 5 PM and the people were still cleaning. We were able to drop off bags, but we’re not able to access anything in the house and finally at 7:50. I messaged host and she said they were cleaners were leaving. Looking for compensation of 200 due to disturbance of stay with four hour late check-in which was unacceptable. Host said it was due to previous gas, but that was not our problem and we deserve to be compensated.

Stayed Dec 19, 2024Great place for a football weekend with some friends and their kids. The location is on a quiet street and walkable to the University. Very close to Corby’s. The place was clean. Very nice furniture. Nice comfortable memory foam beds. Plenty of bedroom space for a group. Plenty of places to dine and hangout. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee maker was nice. Overall one of the best game weekend places we’ve rented.
