Galveston home with open floor, balcony, patio and water views

This house is great for large families, we all had our own space to be in. Everything we needed to cook with was here and ready to use. Beach towels are excellent! We had a short supply of propane and they came out with a new bottle the next morning. Our one complaint is the mass amount of stickers and ants. There are just a few steps on the grass from the porch to the sand, and it is covered in stickers. Other than that, our stay was excellent and we will return. Would love to see the elevator in use for our next visit!

This house was great. We loved being right on the beach. View from the balcony was fantastic. The house accommodated all 15 of us very comfortably. We will be renting this house again next year.

We loved everything about the house. We had a refrigerator issue early on but was quickly resolved. The only issue we had was that there was 1 trash can for a home with 12 people on vacation? We did not know what to do with trash!

We loved this home! The kitchen, dining area, and living area is very large and spacious. The bedrooms were huge and bathrooms were as well. We had enough space for our large crew. The area on the ground floor with putting green, porch swing, and sitting area along with beachfront access was just perfect for our group! Already planning to book again here next summer!

Pros- location was perfect, the house was beautiful, lots of space, especially the kitchen and master bed/bath. Outside shower was great and had hot water! No bugs or mosquitoes, the place was very clean! Cons- im not a huge fan of the woven carpet, and upstairs didn’t get as cold as downstairs but was fine to sleep. The mini putt putt looked cool but no golf clubs, only balls. Could use a blender maybe!

The house was clean and large and close to the beach.

We had 14 people in our group and the set up of the rooms was perfect for what we needed. The large kitchen, table, and living area were exactly what we needed to be able to spend time together, but folks could also retreat to rooms if they needed space and time apart. The beach access was excellent and convenient. We really loved our stay and appreciate all the memories we were able to make together.

The house is beautiful and the location to the beach is awesome. A problem we did run into was the upstairs A/C needs addressing. It was constantly getting too warm, even after it was remotely lowered. The master bdrm door to the patio has a serious leak which wasn't helping with the A/C issue. My husband came down Monday to help us pack up and noticed the vents upstairs were not opened properly which could be a contributing factor to A/C also.

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The home and location was perfect. The only downside was the communication. It's obvious that they use AI bots / canned responses that provided useless information.
