The home is located on a sunny lot with ideal south-facing views of the mountain and ski runs. It's an easy two-block walk to Main Street and the beautiful San Miguel River. Also, the Gondola that takes you to Mountain Village is just a short walk away!

The home's open layout includes three bedrooms with private baths, a large living room with a fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. There is a modern kitchen even the most demanding chef will admire, with updated, state-of-art appliances, a powder room, and a Sonos sound system. The Primary Bedroom includes a king bed, while the second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed.
