Stayed Aug 21, 2022This unit overlooks the interstate freeway and there is a lot of freeway noise and light throughout the night. Some blackout shades would be nice. The pool and fitness center are great. The valet service is super, albeit expensive. The Avanti concierge service is nice, but a little slow. On day three of my stay I finally got the coffee maker and coffee I was promised when booking. Sadly, there was no relaxing bubble bath after a long day, as advertised in the listing. The unit has a shower only. When I arrived the dryer was full of laundry that had been left there. Nonetheless, it was a nice, clean place.

Stayed May 28, 2022My husband and I had a great time staying here. We had to arrive later than anticipated but the communication with staff was great and the check-in was easy and direct. The room is comfortable and the views are awesome, and the amenities of the building are a nice bonus. There were some noticeably less clean areas like the patio level and the elevator lobby which took it down a notch, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The listing does have its flaws, though. The parking situation was the most annoying and frustrating part. It was not well communicated to us, and since we were visiting the area it would have been nice to know how to go about parking while we were there. The valet service is convenient and relatively quick I suppose, but I wasn't a fan. There were times we were in a rush as well, so rather than having to plan for a short delay of waiting for our car to be ready, I would have rather been able to get our car on our own. Paying to park was also much pricier than we expected, and it felt like an unavoidable expense since we NEEDED a place to park our car overnight so we wouldn't be towed. We're already paying hundreds of dollars/night just to stay there, and the amenities and location are overall worth it, but the added cost just to park our car caught us off guard. Just add it to the base price to stay there. Felt rude and scummy. Our trip was a lot of fun, and I would consider staying here again with my husband or a group of friends, but transparency is always appreciated.
