Stayed Jan 27, 2025We loved our month of February in Terravita. The house was great - clean and updated. Kate made sure that it was well stocked with Keurig coffee pods, extra paper products and lots of spices. The beds were also comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. The Terravita community is awesome. We actually became social club members during our stay. That allowed us to use all of the amenities including the club house, the gym and the pickleball courts. We were also able to pay the guest fee and play the absolutely gorgeous private Terravita golf course. Terravita is located in north Scottsdale, close to Cave Creek and Carefree. We had dinner out at several of the cute restaurants there. A highlight (we went there 4 times) is Raven's View which is about 8 miles away. If you can get there before sunset, its a beautiful view. Terravita is also located close to Kierland Commons which has great shopping as well as several good restaurants. In additional to the Terravita golf course, we golfed at Rancho Manana, Legend Trail, McDowell Mountain and Silverado. Legend Trail is a favorite and close by. I would definitely stay again in Terravita and Kate's house was perfect for our month stay.

Stayed Sep 18, 2023We were very impressed with the communication and immediate responses by this property manager! The home was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our needs during a three month remodel. We loved the neighborhood and felt safe in this gated community. Pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, and golf access was fabulous and convenient.
