Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was great and we had a fantastic stay! I rent vacation homes like this at least 6 times per year, this was one of the cleanest and most thoughtfully appointed homes I’ve ever booked. The kitchen was very well stocked with nearly everything you could need. Plenty of towels for teen girls and pool time. Just well done at every turn. The pool had a whole storage chest full of fun pool goodies and was really beautifully done. Location was great: shops and restaurants close and access to beaches, etc was reasonable. The property manager was fast, responsive and very kind/helpful. Easy 5 stars, place was great!

Stayed Mar 3, 2024Just as described. Very clean home. Neighborhood felt safe . Could use a few more dishwasher detergent tabs but overall great home with a new pool and wonderful outdoor area to relax.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Some negatives: We did wish the north-facing pool was heated. We found parking in the driveway a bit challenging for more than two vehicles in a neighborhood where you can’t park on the street. This was only an issue when great-grandma came for a visit. The garage door, which is metal, painted black, and south-facing, gets really hot inside the garage. We were there in February so watch any little hands out there during the hotter months. Polyester(?) sheets resulted in a sweaty sleep for us. I would recommend a small table/cart by the tub to place items on while enjoying a soak. We just put one of the bar stools next to the tub and that worked fine.Positives: Everything was as described, labeled, super clean, and beautifully staged for our arrival. Lacosta was super responsive. First Watch is a few blocks away and amazing. Beds were comfy. Home is new and everything works and has little wear. The beach supplies made our trip to Sanibel with four grandchildren easy. The toiletries were nice to have. Target is close by for shopping. The burrowing owls in the immediate area are super cute!
