Stayed Jun 30, 2025Clean. Great parking. Location is good. Photos need to show large grassy area for kids play. Upstairs bedroom (at least one) was HOT. Needs a window unit. Very limited pantry space. Replacement of dishwasher because clean dishes have white coating.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025Let me start by saying that we have rented homes over 40 years in Ruidoso I have NEVER given anything but very positive reviews. Upon arrival found the hot tub was dirty, slimy and cold! Texted the number given and they did send someone to drain tub and by the next afternoon hot tub was hot. It should have been cleaned as there was still a film at the water level. But did appreciate that they sent someone out. The house overall was not very clean. We had to wipe down everything and I even had to wash my sheets before sleeping on them because of the odor. Opened dishwasher to put in coffee cups only to find green slimy water about 2” deep in bottom and it was almost impossible to close the door back.Air conditioning has always been a must for us. It was close to 90 degrees this trip and the upstairs was hot, especially in one bedroom as it only had a box fan! Our family always cooks steaks the night before we leave to go home…not this trip as the grill was nasty. Opened up cabinet to get wine glasses..there was 1 (in an 6 bedroom house..crazy) and it was dirty and had lipstick all around the rim. The coffee cups all had to be washed by hand even before we could use them Also, just to let you know…the pool balls were 2 short, so hard to play a game. PROS: So nice to have 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. Parking was very easy.. Home was close to everything. The home could have been so much more enjoyable had they had someone the actually cleaned the house and took some pride in it

Stayed Oct 11, 2024the cabin is a great location near golf course and not far from downtown, clean and has everything you need. The game room was a plus.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024We had a group for two of our wife’s birthday. Great patio and had plenty to keep everyone busy. But all places are as fun as you make them, this one just offer amenities to make it easier.

Stayed Aug 13, 2024House was very clean and the location was centrally located, making it convenient to the three major golf courses in the area. Will definitely come back
