+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee

Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.

Well stocked. Comfortable. Plenty of room. Nice walk to Disney.
This property was walkable to Disneyland. However, you do have to walk on extremely busy roads and cross a few busy intersections. But overall it wasn’t a bad walk and we did it with strollers/kids. There was a few areas of the house that I thought could be much cleaner and be better taken care of. There was a sewage smell in one of the bathrooms near all of the bedrooms and the showers weren’t very clean. The turf around the pool got extremely soggy and muddy when we used the pool. It wasn’t the best experience. Luckily we were there to go to Disneyland so we only used the pool one day. The neighborhood was quit and we felt safe walking to and from the park when it was dark. Overall, the listing was accurate, but there is some room for improvement on cleanliness.
The hosts definitely make sure you are aware of the city quiet time ordinance. Place was clean and beautiful. Well equipped. We'll stay again in the future.
We enjoyed our stay with all 10 of us. The house was very nice and we all loved spending time in the pool. However, on the 2 bedroom tvs the Rokus didn't work, which was disappointing for those who like to sleep with a TV. Also nothing worked in the game room, so if you're wanting to utilize that area, maybe inquire about it before booking. Overall, our stay was amazing and those few things didn't dampen our trip. We'd definitely stay again.
Nice 4 bedroom house, with 3 full bathrooms. The barbecue worked great. Fireworks every night, was awesome. It was a great neighborhood and it worked well for our family.

Felt very cozy and had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
Location of the property is good, it's a 27min walk to the park gates. Our party felt safe walking to and from the parks and the neighborhood is well lit and seemed very safe. The majority of the house was clean but clearly abused and needs work. Two of the mattresses are very well used and seem to have broken springs in them while the remainder were more uncomfortable than a cheap air mattress. The floors are poorly installed and to the point of buckling, were very loud. If you have anyone who is up in the middle of the night, the whole house will hear them. We were disappointed to find the dishwasher broken, missing the wheels that support the bottom rack which means the water spray arm isn't allowed to rotate and actually clean any dishes. We cleaned all dishes we were going to use before and after use. Making it worse, the faucet sprayer was malfunctioning and stuck in the on position making this chore more tedious. Lastly, like others have mentioned, the property management is overbearing on reminders about noise etc yet the neighbor felt it appropriate to wash his cars with a gas powered pressure washer at 6:20AM on Sunday morning. The whole house was awake but unable to use the pool until 9AM or face a loss of our rules deposit. Rethink using VRBO if these inconveniences would lessen the magic of your stay, you wouldn't have to put up with them in a hotel. Our group would not stay here again and has us considering other choices for future vacations.
We had kids ranging from 2-9 in our group as well as 3 couples. Having 3 full bathrooms was nice, as well as having one of the bedrooms on the other side of the house. Strollers to use were much appreciated. Our kids loved the pool!
We arrived at LAX early and asked if we could be let in early. The Manager accommodated our request The home is walkable to Disney however, by the time you get to Disneyland or California Adventure and spend the day walking and standing there, it would be a little much for younger children. On one day we walked 13 miles to, from and throughout park. The house was clean and with 5 bedrooms - 3 baths our group of 3 children and 5 adults fit in well. Two points that were concerning; 1. Shortly after arrival we noticed a hole in the wall of the 3rd bathroom. I immediately called the number provided and were told the hole was not there when she was at the home and she just left. We felt a little uncomfortable being accused (?) of damaging the home. 2. There were numerous things that were well used and damaged. The coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc. had several chips and had very visible scrapes on most of them. The frying pans should be replaced, they were bent, had mismatched lids, and the finish was poor. The walls had several holes in them some big and most small but something you just do not expect from a rental property. The dishwasher was not fastened in properly and every time you opened it, it would slide in or out an inch or two. There were no sink stops. Door stops were broken or missing and this led to door knob dents in the walls. The drapes were frayed and well used. The screen door on the kitchen sliding door was hard to open and close and the screen had come away from the door frame. The shower in the 3rd bedroom did not drain well and the drain would start to float around the shower once the water level was high enough. One of the knobs on the stove, had been replaced with a cheap plastic non-graduated one. The back yard and pool were perfect. With all the documents we had to sign and initial, with the cost, added fees we just expected more from a VRBO property.
Nice place, smooth process. We had hopes of walking to Disneyland, and for a group of adults it would have been possible, but definitely too far for younger kids. The house has some minor cosmetic issues and the floors creak quite loudly with just normal walking but otherwise the two bathrooms with double sinks were super useful and from the outside it is one of the nicest houses on the street.
The house is an older house that has been renovated. It is nicely renovated and decorated. The backyard is fantastic and the pool is very well maintained. The location to Disney is excellent. There are lots of rooms. The kitchen is the one space that needs some updates - better selection of bowls and pans to do your own cooking with and the dishwasher seems to be getting to its end.
Home was very outdated. Quality was not there. Home smelled weird. The trash bins were full. Home is in need of cosmetic repairs.
Only 2 complaint can’t be in the backyard past 9 pm and Dryer does not work
Very close to Disneyland! Clean and well laid out house. The host did an excellent job of communicating and replaced a broken coffee pot immediately! I definitely recommend this house.
We walked to and from Disneyland from this house. It was a short and easy walk even if our feet were tired. The house itself if spacious and works well for a larger family. The backyard is wonderful and we found ourselves spending time out there. Needs some updating to mattresses and pillows as all were a bit dated but still usable! Only one remote to all TV/Rokus. It was a little annoying but a non-factor in the end as only one of our group liked falling asleep to the TV. Finally, before booking I saw other reviews complaining about all the rules. I will tell you now, the rules aren’t their fault but in fact the City of Anaheim. So, follow the rules or stay somewhere outside the City of Anaheim which is a lot less convenient if you’re even slightly familiar with the traffic in this area. Will DEFINITELY consider booking here in the future for Disneyland trips!
There were twelve of us and the house worked out great. It was clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool. Close enough to walk to Disneyland about 15 mins. We drove and parked but came back to the house for dinners. The minor issue that came up was dealt with quickly. The house and location made for a very memorable trip! We would do it again!
