Funtierland + The Wonderland House + Close to Disney + Pool

Nice neighborhood, the home was spotless, perfect for our needs. Attentive and friendly property managers.

We all loved the house. It was so cute and fun. The host communicated well. House was a couple minutes from the park, which made life easy. Anything you need is close by. I had put in a request for simple lighted christmas tree and when we showed up one was there for us. We stayed Dec 22-26. We had mostly all we needed in the kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner. Only thing missing would be an air fryer. I took away one star due to the night before we were checking out, i received a message that we had to check out at 10am instead of 11am. With 11 people, 2 little ones and three days in the park, that extra hour was needed. I normally remove all the sheets and towels and place a load in the wash to help out, i was not able to do this. Otherwise the kids had fun and we all slept well on the beds.

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We had an issue with the locks during our stay and the host made sure to take care of that right away! The whole family had a great time—everyone especially loved the fun themed rooms, which added an extra touch of magic to our trip. The home was clean, comfortable, and had just the right amount of amenities for a relaxing stay. There were little things that could have been fixed before our stay, but overall a great home.One of the best perks was the location—it’s less than a 10-minute drive to Disney and super close to grocery stores and other conveniences. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

The home is ideally located to Disneyland. Home functions well for a large group. Home has some deferred maintaince but was very clean. Would rent again

Very spacious, pool was great. The place is aging pool needs some tlc. Great location near disney. Theme just adds to the fun. Policies are very strict, as long as you follow them you will be good to go. Admin is super responsive and helpful.

The space was very roomy and no one felt that they couldn't have their privacy (for a group of business colleagues).

This is a great place to stay with a family, including one with infants. We were here with my daughter and her family which included a 4 year old and one year old. The one story was great for a child just learning to walk. Grocery and Walgreens very close by. Very near Disney. I would stay again

The home has no locks on any bathrooms and most doors are in bad condition, some hardly move because they drag on the carpet.

The house is adorable, my grandbabies loved it! Plenty of towels and hot water to allow all of us to get ready for Disney time! Location was perfect too!!! We will definitely come back! The Harrison’s

The house is in an excellent location for the convention center and Disney. The pool is a nice size. We purchased some floaties for the kids and that made their time a little more enjoyable (good for the adults too!) the hot tub could use some maintenance. We chose not to use it due to missing parts. The bedrooms are comfortable and big. If you stay in the garage converted castle room, you need to prop the door open for the room to get some air. Otherwise, that room is too hot. Turning on the televisions was a bit tricky. For the family room, you had to remove the back half way from the batteries and then hit on .... Turning it off was a bit more difficult. The television in the primary suite would not connect. Granted, you're probably not there to watch television, so it wasn't a big deal, but a bit inconvenient.

Good location, nice house, well stocked and great communication.

This house was perfect for our family! The decor is an extra special touch, and the kids loved the themed rooms. The property manager is excellent with all communication, and they respond to any needs and requests immediately. The location is so close to Disney that Ubers are a great option to not have to pay for parking! We loved having a fenced in pool so we didn't have to worry about the little ones wandering out without us knowing and falling in. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely look to stay here again, or at any of the Funtierland Properties. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. The swimming pool was great for the grandchildren and the themes in the rooms were special. All in all it helped make this trip special.

Great home! Loved the location; close to theme park and restaurants! The home was very spacious, clean, and kid friendly.

Had a wonderful time, only complaint was the neighborhood had a lot of activity in the early hours of the morning even though we were held to quiet hours
