Funtierland + Pirate's Lair + Close to Disney + Pool + Game Room + Backyard

We were so pleased with our stay! The place was clean and had an abundance of supplies for us. We appreciated having paper towels, TP, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers etc. We really recommend this host. We had trouble working the hot tub and they showed up and helped us get it going promptly.

We had a large group stay at this property and we all had an amazing time. The property owners were very responsive. Having the backyard with the swing set was perfect for the littles. The house came with a lot of equipment for the kids…dinner ware, high chairs, a walker, etc. The backyard could be cleaned up/organized some but overall was well maintained. We would definitely rent this place again.

The property had everything you could want or need for a successful family reunion. Plenty of space for all the kids and the pool was amazing. Close distance to Disneyland and Knotts. Very professional and easy check in.

Great location with lots of space and an awesome pool. Beds were comfortable. Be aware of Anaheim city code. You are not allowed outside of rental properties from I think it was 10pm to 9am which was very difficult in the mornings with little ones.

We had a great stay in this beautiful home for our Cheer competition! Very easy check in and great communication. We would definitely rent again and recommend this home to others. We are only sad that it rained and we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful back yard as much as we hoped!

Family enjoyed it immensely

We spent a week at this perfect getaway. We had 5 families combined in the house and we had plenty of beds and space for everyone. The pool was a hit and the kids loved burning off extra energy in the back yard. Neighborhood was prime and close to shopping. It took us 10 minutes to get to Disney parking from the property. Perfectly situated for big groups.

Excellent Disneyland location. Great for large groups. Big kitchen with space to feed everyone. Beds are very comfortable and everything worked well. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub was a hit with everyone. Glad we stayed here.

Our family consists of fifteen of us. My husband and I plus our four adult children, two spouses, two teenage granddaughters and five grandsons. This house was perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone including enough bathrooms for a group this large.

This house was perfect! It accommodated the entire family for our once in a lifetime family vacation. Plenty of room and the pool/hot tub was an added bonus. Home was in a great neighborhood. We ended up trick or treating on Halloween night after our Disneyland day.

The property is great for large groups. We had 12 with 1 baby and still had plenty of bed space. The pool was a hit. Close to Disney for Oogie Boogie Bash. Would stay again.

We overall enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family California trip. However two of the beds only had box springs.

The property is extremely convenient to Disney and roomy for travel with family or a bigger group. Management was attentive and responsive to questions. A couple maintenance concerns arose during our stay, management reaponded quickly.

This vrbo needs updates. Upon entry, there is a strong mildew smell. Some furniture is in need of replacement. You can tell this is a high volume place. Krickets outside bedroom near kitchen kept occupants up all night. We were told to drown out noise with fans. Air conditioning was subpar with certain areas of the home getting very cold and others very hot. Again, when inquired, we were told to use fans provided in closets. For the price we paid, we were not happy with the quality of the home.

The house accommodated our family of 15 without feeling we were cramped. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay: pool, hot tub, pool table, patio, hair dryers and an abundance of towels, dishes, pots and pans. The management was quick to respond to all our requests. We appreciated the house being located in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood not far from Disney.

Our family group stayed here last week for a Disney/beach trip. The house seemed to be the most reasonably priced for its size. I’ll start with all the pros. The house was a great size The pool was perfect (huge and very clean) definitely opt to heat. The location is lovely, close to the Disney park and safe. The property management group is good at communicating. The kids loved the Lego room The inside of the home was clean The provided shampoo and conditioner in the showers was appreciated. Now for the cons (we are rental property owners ourselves so I’ll be reasonable). The kitchen was poorly stocked. There were 3 knifes (1steak, 1bread, and 1 butcher). The cutting boards were nasty smelling, and there were few pans all peeling teflon. There wasn’t enough silverware for all of us to have a meal. The curfew is crappy, but that’s not their fault. Basically the city of Aneheim enforces a mandatory 10:00 curfew. If any one of us stepped outside past this time the property manager would warn us via text. There are cameras around the premises. However, the neighbors were lighting fireworks and reving their engines all night long. The exterior is not well kept. There were cob webs everywhere. The grass is dying. Bring your own black out shades. The AC was a little shotty. The value for what we paid is almost there. I would suggest stocking the kitchen, maintaining the yard, and adding more toys/children entertainment.

Best location, easy to get from airport to parks, etc. enough room that our family of 15 never felt like we didn’t have our own space. Everything you need is there. Immediate responses when we had a question. Our grandkids asked if we could come back next year and stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful space to be with our family.
