One large split level studio with a partitioned off sleeping space (queen); a completely separate 'sleep-out' (queen) and a pull out couch in the living area. Also a small work space.

Beautiful north facing aspect, small lawn, private, tucked in among natives and fruit trees. The property is fenced fordogs.
