Stayed Dec 26, 2025Top 5 things -- this is a super neat place with an awesome host, a great location, easy street parking and a price that fit our budget. We were nine total people for 3 nights (5 adults and 4 teens) plus two grandparents who stayed nearby and stopped over for a bit each day. This was very close to the places we wanted to see -- Speed Queen BBQ, Discovery World, Art Museum, New Fashioned, Fiserv Forum, and Amped Game Show MKE. I think this place would be ideal for up to six people if you want to hang out in the house for longer bits of time. One thing to note is the TV room is really the only common area, and it seats six pretty comfortably. Due to a lack of planning events on our part combined with crummy weather, we spent more time inside than we had imagined and there just isn't space for 9 - 11 people to chill together. We made it work OK but it's just something you might want to know. However, if your group all has matching plans and just needs a cool place to crash, this place could be perfect for 8-9 folks (with one on the pullout couch in the TV room). One final bonus note, the host is a great communicator, and also found a small significant item we'd left behind and offered to send it to us right away. Thanks again!

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Great location. Clean home. Smooth communication with host Tonga. Only complaint is one night we had to park 3 blocks from rental but it was a Friday night and we got home at 1am.

Stayed Sep 24, 2025The location of this VRBO was perfect for us, and it gave us the room to house members of our family in Milwaukee for a memorial service. It's located in a very walkable neighborhood, near what we needed for a several-day stay. It's a place that needs ability to climb stairs, just so you know, but that did not deter us 80 year- olds. The youngest among us (24) liked it, too.

Stayed Sep 17, 2025The location is fantastic, so many great places for food, drinks, coffee nearby. The place was very clean and well appointed. I wish we had more a/c units as the Sept. afternoons got warm. But I'd stay there again and will recommend it to friends.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025We enjoyed our stay! The house fit our needs. Definitely has lots of stairs and the air conditioning didn’t cool some rooms down. The skylights in the upstairs bedrooms let in a lot of light in the morning so sleeping past sunrise is hard. Otherwise great location and very clean!

Stayed Jun 22, 2025The house was perfect - unfortunately we had record heat and humidity. The house was clean and location was great. The AC couldn’t keep up but that was just because of the heat. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024We had a lovely stay in this home. The unit is part of a duplex, with accommodations in the upstairs of the house. We had three kids (ages 6 to 2) with us, and we were all big fans of the unit! The kids loved the bunk beds, the master suite was very spacious, the kitchen well-stocked with cooking tools (though we mostly ate out), and entertainment was aplenty with board games and even a foosball/air hockey/ping pong table included. We were walking distance to Brady Street and the restaurants/shops of the Northpoint neighborhood, though we drove to many of our destinations. A couple of items to note are that, #1, you have street parking, no use of a garage, and, #2, the neighborhood can be noisy in the bar-closing hours of the night. Brady Street bar patrons may be walking home after a night out, causing some noise and commotion. We had no concerns for our safety since there were multiple locking mechanisms between the unit and the street, though we did have concerns about our car parked on the street. Despite that, we would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024This property is so well located, you don’t even need a car! We loved our stay with family at this lovely townhouse. It is well furnished and has lots of sleeping areas for a good sized group. We walked to Brady street for coffee each morning (Nomad coffee was great) and several lunches and dinners. It’s close to the lake if you want to soak up the views and see the Marina. Tonga was a great host and always available and responsive. We will definitely stay again when in Milwaukee.
