“Fun” place! — Exceptional —near Oaklawn Park, Garvin Gardens and Restaurants

The Host was great and very helpful, and the cottage was very cute. I was not aware that it was in a neighborhood with unpleasant views of the neighbors house and yard. I prefer more secluded lodging.

I could have stayed here forever. This place is well equipped with all of the comforts of home, and then some. The screened in porch is beyond comfy and a great place to hang out. If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay while you're in Hot Springs, this is it!

The house was very nice! It is located within 20 minutes of anything you might want to do in Hot Springs. We enjoyed the short hike to Falls Creek the most. The hosts gave plenty of information of what is in the area for any interests.

The property was well maintained and full of character! Our hosts were very attentive and made sure our stay was perfect. It is an excellent place to stay to relax, unplug, and get away from all the noise of life. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Our hosts were wonderful and the amenities were outstanding. A fully stocked kitchen (far more than anywhere we’ve ever stayed), a wonderful coffee bar with numerous flavors of coffee and tea. A very comfortable home and the enclosed deck with a fireplace (and wood). Just wonderful!

Hidden gem!!!! Comfortable and cozy tucked away cottage. Had everything we needed or could have possibly needed. Quick responses from the owners. Very clean. wish we could have stayed longer to spend a day enjoying to yard and screened in back porch! Definitely want to return in the near future. Owners and accommodations made us feel like we were family.

It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was well stocked and we had everything we needed for a week long stay. The owners were communicative and nice. We definitely would stay here again.

This is a great little cottage to get away to, very quiet and well stocked with all the necessities. The hosts were very friendly and informative. My friend and I loved the back porch and fireplace where we spent a lot of time reminiscing and enjoying our time together. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! We loved everything about this cozy cottage! With the coffee bar and the extra large screened inporch with a fireplace and beautiful lake view, we never turned the TV on. We had a fabulous time and hope to return again soon!

Really nice outdoor seating by the fire pit, and really lovely large screened in porch - perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Everything was clean and well organized. Close to town, easy driving to stores and activities.

Beautiful place that has been remodeled and though the outside looks a bit old, you quickly see once you go on it's not to be judged by its cover. I was concerned it would be too close to the neighbors, but that wasn't an issue. There is one house a little close with a window that faces it, so probably stay decent when you're wondering around the house. Otherwise, it's lovely, and the host was very responsive and helpful. It was also very clean and well taken care of.

I think I talked to Holly mostly, but both her and Brian were wonderful hosts. Giving me plenty of details so I had no questions. Its a cute, quaint country cabin with plenty of space for my family of 4. We loved the games in the living area and the back patio was lovely. Looking forward to our next trip!

Brian and Holly did a fantastic job rennovating this cabin. You can tell it's a well loved home. The area where it is located is a peaceful respit from downtown, but it's only about 15 minutes from all the main attractions. The recommendations they gave us for food and activities were great. They are wonderful hosts who provide everything you could possibly need.

The cottage is really nice, and well stocked. The host was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend.

A AWESOME place to stay for a weekend getaway! It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Had everything you need. And it was conveniently located to everything downtown (10 min drive”. Thank you so much for hosting us in this cute Cabin.

The house came with everything you would need. Stove, pots, pans, toilet paper, washer/dryer, extra blankets, sheets and towels. Good Wi-Fi signal with multiple devices. The house wasn't to far away from anything.

My family stayed here for 2 nights while dropping our oldest off at camp. Had everything we needed. Good communication from the owners. Would definitely recommend.

Don’t stay here unless you’re ready to have a truly amazing time. this home was amazing in everything they have prepared for our stay even little extras, like condiments and seasonings laundry soap and luscious towels and fans for extra air. It was a fabulous place.

This place is Awesome. It's very comfortable and very well decorated. They have literally thought of everything. The host is very considerate and answered our questions. Their attention to detail is impeccable. They set the bar very high. Don't pass this one up!

The cottage is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It is very clean and comfortable and we felt very much at home there. They have everything that you need (coffee, toiletries, etc.). We spent a lot of time on the beautiful screened in porch. Brian contacted us by text and was a very gracious host. The location is great too as it was 15-20 mins from Bathouse Row Downtown, Garvin Gardens, Hot Springs National Park Hiking Trails, Restaurants, etc. Hot Springs is a beautiful place with a lot of fun history. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a great time!!

This property was lovely. It was very quiet and peaceful. The screened in porch was perfect for relaxing. We spent the majority of our time there. We highly recommend this place!

The home was quaint and cozy. Brian was an excellent host. Cabin was well stocked. The only thing that bothered us was something the host couldn’t control. The neighbors unsightly giant blue tarp on an old camper and it was a little scary turning left out of the neighborhood due to the traffic coming over the close hill!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint cabin near the lake. It was easy to fall back into relaxation mode on the screened porch or take 5 min drive to Bathhouse Row or Oaklawn for adulting fun! Super cozy & comfortable. Thanks Brian & Holly for the hospitality!

This is such a great place to stay! It is very warm and inviting. They have done an amazing job restoring the old cottage. It has a very nice large back yard. The back deck is amazing with great views of the lake. I enjoyed opening the back door and listening to the ducks, geese and birds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. All of the appliances are very nice and updated. The bed was super comfy with very nice linens. The host was super friendly and very helpful with great places to eat and thing to do.

Very nice space. We were very comfortable during our stay!We felt very relaxed and had time to play badminton and sit on the deck to enjoy the evenings.

We stayed during the last week of March and enjoyed the deck and screen porch so much! We caught some sun during the afternoons and then had a fire in the screen porch fireplace in the evening when it was cooler. The cabin is adorable and very comfortable for a family. The street entrance is a little tricky on a hill, but we just drove one block over and used that street instead to get on the main road. We would absolutely stay here again.

A cozy, comfortable, charmingly decorated cabin. Wonderful, well equipped fireplace! Very comfortable bed. Loved the coffee bar. Kitchen was adequate but not ideal for real cooking. Enjoyed our stay very much!

This was a perfect place for me, my sister, and our mom to spend a weekend away from the hustle & bustle of city life. Brian & Holly were great hosts. I appreciated Brian’s timeliness of clear and kind communication (such as providing check-in instructions a couple of days before our arrival date, replying to my updates regarding our ETA and the following morning’s update, and follow-up after checking out). The amenities and supplies were above & beyond any other VRBO that I have stayed. The communication, decor, and amenities made us feel so welcomed. We are already planning our next trip.

We loved this cabin. It is close to everything, yet we didn't feel like we were in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. The interior was so very comfortable and we would go back in the winter just to sit by the fireplace on the porch.

We’ve been to Hot Springs many times so we were very content mostly staying in. Communication with our hosts was excellent. They were attentive and provided lots of helpful information. The place was just right, clean and well set up. The hosts were on top of everything and very responsive. We'd stay again for sure.

The place was so nice. Decorated so nicely with really with up to date appliances and furniture. Dont let outside entrance fool you. We loved the coffee bar and drinking coffee on the patio with wife. Covered patio was so peaceful with outdoor fireplace. Our mornings were spent there. Cottage is very very nice. Short drive to downtown Hot Springs. Overall great trip!

Nice quite neighborhood. Squirrels were fun to watch! Enjoyed the enclosed patio for having fire nights with the cool breeze blowing.

This is the second time we've stayed here. The property is very clean, the furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The screen porch was our favorite place! Beautiful view. The hosts are kind and responsive if you should have questions or concerns. The neighborhood is good and attractions are a short drive away.
