Fun mid-century modern home with private pool, spa, firepit, & gas grill

The house and outside space were fantastic. The location is on a quiet street, close to airport and all Palm Springs has to offer.

Beautiful property, awesome decor and layout. Easy location to get around and only 10 mins from airport. Property needs to be restocked with wine glasses,(only 2) pool towels, (only 3) and extra blankets as unable to change thermostat. The gate to get in and out of driveway is very inconvenient but not a deal breaker as the rest of the property was great.

The home and area are lovely! Easy to get to all things Palm Springs, which we love. We do an annual friends trip to PS ate least annually if not more often and have stayed I some really great properties. Our issues with this property: Text communication was very slow to manage complaints (SPA/Hot tub not working and cockroaches in two bathrooms). Not anywhere in the contract is it stated that in order to use the spa you had to pay extra for heating the pool. It said there was an extra charge to Heat the Pool but not to use the Spa. They need to clarify this for future renters. We were finally able to use the spa on our last 5th night of being on the property and several daily text communications that seemed to go nowhere and at times just not responded to. (One team member text back to say that it was his day off and did not any hand off to a colleague to manage our issues) The cockroach issue was handled by the property management coming in to the home while we were away and leaving a bottle of bug spray on the counter. There wasn't any communication that they were coming in or that they were leaving any product for us to manage the issue on our own. Again, I will say the home and area are ultra Palm Springs but the management company needs to refine their communication systems.

It had a great open floor plan and the pool area was very private! Beautifully designed inside and out! One of the only downfalls was one of the closets was locked (and the light left on) because the owner keeps their stuff in there. I wish that was stated on the page.

Home was perfect, with the exception of a dirty pool, our stay was perfect!

This house was the perfect setup for a family of three and a family of four- 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each side of the house. It was a great location- close to the main strip, plenty of hiking, and shopping. The backyard was set up perfectly for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a drink. I would stay here again!

The pool was dirty upon our arrival. Vacasa took two days to respond to us. Home has a Nest thermostat set and locked to 76 degrees. Owners had it on eco mode where ac would shut off at night. House gets hot and most guests weren’t able to sleep through the night. Would not rent again with the eco ac issue, made for an uncomfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay in June 2021. So happy to discover this house to be exactly as pictured. It was super clean and the layout is great. Our only suggestion would be to add a few things to the kitchen: a large salad bowl or two, some tongs, and some storage containers for leftovers. Also, the house had no large beach towels for outside, but luckily we brought our own. I will definitely stay here again. All of the beautiful (and fun) decor make this a truly special place. We loved it :)

This is absolutely one of the best properties I’ve rented for a vacation, and we’ve rented I luxury properties all over the world. This one was for a post-pandemic girls birthday reunion, and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect, and within walking distance to downtown. The property was gorgeous, and so sparkling clean. The pool and the backyard kitchen and eating area is where we spent so much of our time. The fun decor made us feel like bachelorettes in a throwback TV show. The only downside is that the kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils and pots and pans (but I’m also one of those weird people who likes to cook on vacation). In short, I’d highly recommend this rental, and if this is the level of detail and communication of all homes rented by Vacasa, I would rent any of their properties. We’re definitely coming back with the family next time!
