Fun in the Sun! Brand New Home!

The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed. House is very clean and quiet and we were able to relax. The beds were very comfortable. I communicated with the hosts several times and they were excellent to work with. Can’t say enough about this place. Can’t believe we were able to swim in their pool on January 3. Water temperature was great.

Nice, new and clean place. Nice outdoor space. Peaceful and nicely landscaped. Pool was relaxing. Owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful! Very Clean! They thought of everything! Beach chairs, umbrella and even a float for the pool! We will stay here again when we come to town.

Our stay was wonderful at this beautiful home. Very spacious nice layout of rooms. Amenities listed were all supplied coffee, beach towels, cooking supplies, grill, etc. Lots of plugs / outlets for phone charging. The pool is amazing! House, yard, garage is super clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended! Would certainly stay again. Loved it!

I can’t say enough about the beautiful NEW house. All the amenities AND THEN SOME! Striking distance to Boca Grande, Englewood Beach, etc. Nestled back in a great , quiet , safe development. Communication was great . Fast responses Easy to deal with. Coming back!

This home had everything we needed for our vacation. The house was great and the heated pool was a big hit with our group. Communication and the check in process was so easy. I have stayed in several VRBO properties and this was by far the best property we gave stayed at.

We stayed 8 days. Well thought out, well appointed, high end finishes and all appliances were top notch. We wanted for nothing. Our adult son and grandson spent most of their time swimming and playing in the awesome heated pool. We were just a short driving distance to Boca Grande and the beautiful gulf water. We highly recommend this property and hope to return another time.

The house is laid out well and space utilized great! Wish we could have stayed longer but just in town for a quick weekend. Would stay here again.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The house is pretty new. Our bed slept really well. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen and appreciated the bottled water in the refrigerator. We did not bring our own coffee and were a bit disappointed that there was only decaf coffee for the coffee machine so you may want to bring your own coffee just in case as there are not many stores or restaurants close by.

Grace and David were perfect hosts! This house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and more. They have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. We had zero problems for our entire stay. Grace and David responded to questions regarding the area very quickly. This is definitely a place that we would return to on a regular basis.
