Fun & Funky #2 centrally located in Memphis!

The house was excellent. Good location. Beautiful yard and everything inside was great. We do have some suggestions for future patrons…. The two bedrooms need brighter lighting… it was deem and very hard to see. The seating in the living room was beautiful but very uncomfortable… it was great for what we needed, but if we wanted to stay in for the night and watch a movie…it was sooo uncomfortable. We did enjoy our stay and we would recommend to anyone who wants to stay here… we for sure would love to stay again. Loved it!!!

Property was perfect for our stay, with easy access to everything we needed and everywhere we had to be on a daily basis. Gene is an excellent host. Immediately responsive to all questions.

Place was very clean and quite, we had a great time.

Unfortunately we were not able to stay due to a horrible ice storm.Thankfully our host was gracious enough to contact us in advance regarding the bad weather and suggested we stay put. He was extremely responsive, courteous, and kind.

Yes nice home but no TVs in the room

the house was located next to a park and easy access to grocery stores and restaurants.
