Excellent location. Clean and tidy place to stay with all amenities of home. Host was communicative and responsive to queries.

Super cute house and clean! Only problem was there was a lot of flies when we walked in and I texted to let them know and ask if they had a fly swatter a got no response. Also there is no foosball table like the photos show

Flys were everywhere. They come in through small openings in windows.. I felt attacked by flys. I swept them up the first night not knowing it was that bad. I swept before I left but didn’t put them in the trash so maybe you would know the problem exist . Other than that it was nice and quiet. Thank you

Everything was as described. Great place to stay if you’re looking for a safe area that’s in walking distance to all the stadiums! Would definitely recommend and return!

We recently stayed at this VRBO and overall had a pleasant experience. Super location for all the Arlington venues. Ideal for what we came for. While the property is a bit older, with all the quirks that come with age, it was functional, and offered great value for the price. The space was exactly what we needed for our trip—simple, no-frills, and utilitarian. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and we all got a good night’s sleep, which made a big difference after long days out. It served its purpose well and was a solid home base. Would recommend to budget-conscious travelers who need a reliable place to rest.

Good location Comfortable space for 4 No microwave, toaster oven, ice or chairs to sit outside

1) Communication from host was terrible unless it was him trying to communicate. 2) The photo of place are deceiving there is not a fuzzball table and microwave. 3) Bathroom smells like mildew and has mildew spot around shower also shower drains slowly so while your showering your standing in water. 4) T.v. remote batteries were dead. 5) stovetop fan is very loud. Etc. Not very happy with rental.

Great place, clean and fully stocked with basic necessities. Host in friendly and informative. There was a problem with the microwave in which we tried to warm up some food and the microwave sparked and stopped working.

Honestly, it was okay. I would not say it was worth the money I paid. I was under the impression that there would be a foosball table in one of the rooms, but instead, it was not there, and it was turned into another bedroom. the house is very old and it definitely shows in the paint and the cracks and holes in the house i feel the owners should renovate it and also deep clean it and invest in some new furniture because when we went to pull out the couch bed it had crumbs in there, also nighttime bugs was getting in at night and there was a wasp nest on the side of the house but overall i would not stay here again it was not comfortable for us also the remote needed new batteries and the floor was very creaky so even if we tipped toed it would sound very loud and i expected the backyard to be fully fenced but the good thing was the host was very communicative and welcoming, it is in a great location surrounded by plenty of things to do.

We had a great time here. Everywhere was clean, amenities were great, and it all felt like home.

It was all good except for the outside porch there were some fleas, so we stayed inside but other than that it was clean on the inside

Booked this VRBO for a stay with my fiancé and another couple to go to a game at Globe Life Field. It was in a great location so close to lots of great food and the stadium. The property was very clean and the host was quick to respond and so helpful. They even reached out during our stay to check on us and I cannot rave enough how great they were on working with us to retrieve a left behind item. We would definitely stay here again.

This VRBO is very centrally located. It's a 1 miles walk to the stadiums. We walked to Globe Life Park and it was easy. Real close to six flags and the water park too. We would stay here again. House was clean... Large bedrooms and comfortable beds.

We were in Texas to visit Dallas and Fort Worth. This was a clean and adequate home at a great price. If you were staying in the house for a longer time than just to sleep and get ready, you would probably want to stay somewhere else, but this was perfect for our needs and we were able to save money and spend it more on what we were doing g. Thank you for having us!

Serves the purpose, clean and good location to Globe Life and AT&T stadiums.

Not impressed. Its an old house with a fresh coat of paint and new appliances inside so the pictures look good. You cant park close to the house. You have to park in a back alley that is narrow and dark. There is no furniture in the bedrooms except the beds. No place to put your luggage. You just have to set everything in the floor. The living room has two old sofas that are stained. There are no rugs in the bathroom. You have to stand on a cold tile floor. It could be a decent place but the owner needs to spend some money on furnishings. Owners are good with communication is the only bright spot.

So the house was cute and comfortable it had everything we needed from cooking Equipment and utensils to shampoo conditioners towels etc. We told the owners we were there for a Christian conference and they put John 3:16 on there board to welcome us i thought that was awesome they also new we’d be showing up real late and they went out of their was to leave the outside and kitchen light on for us. They were super responsive for every little question i had and super kind! Id book here again!On a side not-we were actually gonna cancel because our plans had changed and that was there very next day after booking this house and come to find out this particular property has very strict cancellation policies so before you book it make sure you’re 100% sure you want it because you will not get a refund.

The check in process was the easiest by far. The home was clean and shockingly bigger than expected. Off street parking was a plus.

This was a nice and quiet place to stay for a long weekend. It was a short walk to Arlington Stadium.

We only needed this place for two nights. Check in/out was incredibly easy. Very clean place. It was very close to food and activities. Host was great and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will probably book this property again when we come back for more Six Flags!

The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and neat. We had all the amenities we needed. The location was very quiet and peaceful. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and will most likely return at a later date.

We were looking for a rental close to AT&T Stadium. This place worked out nicely. Quiet neighborhood and a short walk to either AT&T Stadium or Globe Life Park.
