Super peaceful. place was immaculately clean. we were unaware that it was a duplex because the posting made it seemed like it was a single family home, but it didn't seem to make a difference once we stepped inside. the other side of the duplex was occupied and we could not hear the next door neighbor whatsoever. unfortunately we did have an issue with the code that was given to us to enter the property. it did not seem to unlock the door and we had to wait about 30-40 minutes outside before the host could let us in and give us the correct code. property does include the retro arcade games, Atari, and a touchscreen game table that worked perfectly. host also provided complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and snacks.
