Fun and Open Space Near Everything - Pool table, Hot Tub in Williamsburg

We loved it! Super cozy space! We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The host was very nice and helpful!

We jad a wonderful stay here, it was close to just about anything. Vicki and her husband were soo nice and made sure we had everything we needed the entire stay. They were always avaliable for any questions we had about the town.

The space was lovely and the hosts were very welcoming. We communicated with them several times and they were very prompt to respond as well as accommodating to us in any way we inquired about. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Great stay! Hosts were communicative and everything was easy. Fun basement apartment. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Lots of restaurant options around. Would stay again!

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and very cozy. Vicki put together a book of local suggestions which was helpful for dinner ideas and things to do. Area was very private and a wonderful place to stay.

We loved this spot! We were 6 minutes from Busch Gardens and had everything we need for morning before hitting the park and a great place to relax and clean up after a long day. Beds were comfortable and space had everything we needed! We will be back the next time we get a trip in the area!!!

Super friendly hosts! The little touches and details made all the difference. From the basket of towels and sandals for the hot tub, to the welcome book full of local food and fun, you can tell they really care if their guests enjoys their stay! Everything was super clean and cozy. And we absolutely loved all the movie and sports decor. 10/10!

This was a perfect place for our purposes. Lenny and Vicki were very attentive. They came out to speak with us. Explained everything about our stay. The place was close to a lot of things. Food was great in the area.

We took a quick trip to enjoy Busch Gardens for a couple days and this was the perfect place to stay. Just a few short minutes from Busch Gardens and downtown Williamsburg. It was clean and spacious for the four of us. The owners added several extra touches and communication was stellar. We would definitely stay here again!

Every detail was perfect!

Conveniently located for visiting Colonia Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The only negative comment I have is that there was a slight dog odor. I always rent pet-free properties because I am sensitive to the smell. Other than that we were pleased with the rental.

My wife and I stayed with some friends and the stay was great! We were in town for the Busch Gardens and the proximity to the park was unbeatable. The space was clean and comfortable. Lenny and Vikki were awesome, very friendly, and accommodating!

Perfect location to all of the local attractions and super cozy accommodations! Would stay here 10 out of 10 times ?
