*KITCHEN spacious and fully stocked as your home away from home with supplies and includes complimentary water, tea, coffee, condiments, and 15+ spices. Ample seating for groups by stools and within the dining area

*LIVINGROOM with sofa seating, smart tv, as well as books and games suited for kids and adults (including head to head PAC-MAN with 6 different arcade versions, giant Sorry, and others)

*2 FULL BATHROOMS - ensuite to queen bedroom with shower, and shared hall bath with shower/tub combo. Towel sets and toiletries, iron and hair dryer also available

*KING with smart tv, dresser, and closet

*QUEEN with attached ensuite bath, smart tv, and closet (crib setup available upon request)

*FULL&TWIN BUNK with desk, smart tv, dresser, and closet

*TRIPLE TWIN BUNK with smart tv, closet, as well as a sofa bed. *If you wish to have the sofa bed or air mattress setup with linens, please inquire. Additional fee may apply for extra setup.

*Traveling with KIDS* We have a pop-up fire truck play tent, giant Sorry, Pac Man arcade, etc. Kid-friendly books and games are available as detailed above.

You'll have access to the entire house and outdoor area during your stay.
*The hottub may only be used by guests that have signed the waiver provided onsite.
*Netflix is included complimentary for guests. Sign-in to other streaming like Hulu, Prime, etc requires your own subscription.
*Two kitchen cabinets are locked to store host cleaning supplies.

*AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST are a foldable crib, high chair, and dog crate.

*EXTENDED STAYS >30 days* Supplies will be provided by the host to start and monthly thereafter. One standard cleaning is included (and required) after each month which will be paid for by the host. Replenishment of supplies (such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.) is included in the monthly standard cleaning. If excess cleaning arises during the monthly standard cleaning service, guests are responsible for the excess cleaning fee (e.g. stains, spills, excess debris, etc.).

*EXTERIOR SERVICES such as trash/recycle bins to/from curb, lawn care, and hot tub checks will be maintained by the host for all bookings.

*STAIRS*While the home is a single story without interior stairs, there are 8 stairs at the front entrance and one step to access via the back door.
