Stayed Jan 3, 2026The house was clean and decorated well, but the first night we got there the toilet was not working in one of the bathrooms. I contacted someone no one ever replied, and the garage door is ready to fall off, and the dishes from the previous renters were never washed and left moldy in the dishwasher.

Stayed May 30, 2025The house was decorated very cute and had most everything you would need. Some of the rooms had a stale smell in them - old smoke and/or a pet. We showed up to the house and both front and back yard were full of dandelions and looked like the lawn had not been mowed in weeks. We could not get anyone to help us or give us an update on someone to mow the lawn. The house was conveniently located to downtown petoskey.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025House was bigger then we expected. Was able to park in the garage at night and also they had drive way plowed regularly so no issues before and after our days skiing. Information about codes etc came in a timely fashion too

Stayed Dec 28, 2024The property was just as described. Large enough for a family of 6 with a large table to enjoy breakfast and dinner. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils to make any meal. The large washer and dryer was a plus. The location was also good. Made our New Year's stay perfect.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The quiet location on the edge of town but nestled next to cornfields and the prairie. A pleasant layout for gatherings and conversation, terrific water pressure and a hot water tank that kept up, and the high school marching band serenaded us on our first morning at 7 am. Welcome to Michigan where music reigns!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024House was shared by 6 adults and it was very cleaned and updated. Plenty of room and comfortable furniture. With the weekend being warmer than usual we could have enjoyed air conditioning, but 4 fans helped.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the house! The large open kitchen/dining/family area was perfect for a group gathering. The space felt welcoming and inviting. A few amenities could be added to improve the experience.
