The host was very quick to answers questions prior to stay, Great communication during stay. The house was perfect for our mother daughter girls weekend get away for 7 of us. Very clean and had everything we needed! The beds were all comfortable! Large house with more than enough room. Hot water for all of us to shower every morning! Enjoyed the game room and hot tub! Can’t wait to stay here again!

My family had a wonderful weekend! The 2nd annual “Girl’s Weekend” with my sister, nieces, cousins and in-laws was perfect! We had plenty of space for the 10 of us and we did some shopping and wine tasting in Saratoga! We loved sitting by the fire and catching up on everyone’s jobs, kids, husbands/boyfriends and shared many great memories! Location was perfect, house was clean and warming, hot tub was fantastic, and all other amenities were excellent! Great getaway for all of us!!

The location of the property was perfect for our purpose. Everything was between 5-7 miles. The town of Saratoga was very close. The accomodations were perfect. Plenty of room for a large family. The amenities were extraordinary. We are keeping this home on the comeback to list. Thank you to the host.

I can’t say enough about our stay here. As soon as we walked in it was clean, smelled great, and we were welcomed with welcome package of water and chips! It was everything we needed and provided more than enough space and activities for 9 of us on a golf trip! Would absolutely recommend!

Our family had a great vacation at this property. Location was great - close to the race track, which was the reason for our visit. We were with extended family, ages ranging from 6 to 75, and everyone had something to keep them busy within the property! Pool and hot tub were clean and the pool table was a big hit. It was beneficial to have the extra refrigerator in the basement too. Property and house are very well maintained!

This property is clean and well maintained and felt welcoming and homey. It had everything we needed for our stay. It seems the hosts have put a lot of thought into how to make the guests stay as easy and pleasant as possible - like plenty of both towels and beach towels for use with the pool and hot tub. The backyard is amazing for family gathering! Also, great communication from the host!

Great quiet neighborhood. The house itself was very spacious and clean. We were thrilled the hot tub was operational in the winter!

This was a lovely property in a great neighborhood that was perfect for small family reunion this winter. The home was well stocked and nicely set up. We even had the advantage of our host showing up to help shovel us out from some unexpected snow, which was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend!

In town for a hockey tournament- the entire team stayed here, and everyone had a great time! Lots of entertainment at the house- 10 minutes to downtown Saratoga. The house was decorated with a Christmas tree and has the fireplace going with music playing when I checked in.

The house was very nice very roomy, ping pong & pool were a nice bonus. Could use a little more seating (a 2nd couch) to watch the game. by far the best option in the area.

Came for a conference and wanted ever to bond. The space is beautiful and the kitchen are was a great space to gather. Great house in a nice neighborhood. Hosts were good communicators.

We had our first “Girls Weekend” with my 2 sisters, 2 cousins, 1 sister-in-law, 4 nieces, and one soon to be niece-in-law! We lost my mother and 2 aunts within the last 3 years and we decided to continue their legacy of being strong and fabulous women! We enjoyed our time with each other and loved the accommodations! Thank you so much for the opportunity to reunite us from NY, DE, VT, MA and IL! Everyone was thrilled and had a wonderful weekend! Thank you so much! Perfection!

We used our stay for a motorcycle trip starting point and did trips daily around the area and Lake George. The house was clean, set up nicely, large amount of bedrooms. The pool area and game room were extras we didn't get to use but are perfect for a family or group. Communication was top notch and response was immediate. Already discussing future uses of this location or others the host has.

We entered this beautifully clean home with all the amenities that we needed. After a full day on saratoga lake, we relaxed in the hot tub. The following evening we enjoyed the fire pit, roasted marshmallows, and created s'mores amidst lots of laughter & camaraderie. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the owner. Great for a quiet getaway with easy access to Saratoga and all offered there - restaurants, wineries, boat tours, etc!

Great property with plenty of room for a large group. Great location from track and downtown. Was very easy to find an Uber all hours of the day.

We stayed as an extended family meeting at a halfway point for a one week vacation together. We enjoyed many days lounging by the pool, swimming and chatting. The state park is really close by for those that wanted to exercise daily (walk, bike, run). The kitchen in conducive to making large meals although only one person cooking at a time! (there are not enough knives/cutting boards for more than one chef unless you bring your own!) The house is well stocked with things you need such as pool towels, linens, eating utensils, stemware, plates for indoor and outdoor use. The second fridge downstairs is a bonus! Top of the line appliances. The neighborhood is not particularly pretty but it is quiet and the people we saw were friendly. It is a short drive to most everywhere you'd want to go.

It was a gorgeous place. We loved the pool and the hot tub.
