Guests have access to the entire property with exception to the walk in closet located in the master suite. Pool, jacuzzi, backyard and deck is restricted from 10pm-8am to adhere to SD City noise ordinances.

Our goal is to provide a 5 star experience for all guests from check in to check out. Its extremely important for all guests to feel comfortable and welcomed like its their own home.

-The playroom/den has its own sofa sleeper and door and is classified as our 5th bedroom.
-Service people are permitted to access the outside of the property and pool to perform their weekly maintenance duties.

The home is located in one of the safest, most central neighborhoods in San Diego. Downtown, the zoo, beach and SeaWorld are a 10-15 minute car ride or Uber, and major attractions like the Wild Animal Park and Lego Land are less than a 30 minute drive.

The home is a perfect hub for all ride sharing services and perfect if you are using a personal vehicle with ample parking.
