Stayed Jul 18, 2021Great house for young kids! We were traveling with our 4 & 5 year old, and the house was perfect. Optional kiddie locks, blackout shades for naptimes (and sleepy mornings), some toys and books. Loved the kitchen and the different family spaces. Let the kids (and adults) have their own spaces and not be crowded together. The backyard was a hit - the kids chased and kicked a ball back & forth or cooked a meal in the little play house. The scenery was beautiful - tucked against a mountain range. A really nice house to either homebase from or hunker down for a few days with kids. Owner was responsive and super helpful - even when we needed a late late check-in due to an evening flight. Love this house and would stay again when we return to Phoenix area.

Stayed May 4, 2021I like staying in clean and beautiful houses, and this was just the one to meet all my expectations. The house was very welcoming, very well stoked with everything that I needed for the whole stay. Being close to shopping and restaurants it’s a plus, they have trails and parks close by, and probably more. We enjoyed the Mountain View and the kids loved reading books outside in the swing. The property manager was very friendly and he responded fast. Check in, was very simple and literally I got in the house, as soon as I got there. No wait at all. So don’t worry if you get in late. All I can say is that we had grate time in this beautiful house!
