Stayed Mar 6, 2026This rental property was upgraded, clean, and spacious. Easy walk to shuttle to park city skiing. Hot tub had a lovely view. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Feb 14, 2026The townhome was exactly like the photos. It was perfect for our family trip. Bus stop right in front makes it easily accessible to the mountain or town. Alpine Ski Properties does a great job communicating with us throughout the stay. Will look to book this place again.

Reviewer Comments: We just had the best time in Park City and absolutely loved this property. There were plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and the kitchen/living area was THE BEST PART! The place was spotless when we arrived! We drove to the mountain every day, but the town bus picks up right in front of this condo if needed. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025The property was perfect for our group trip to Park City! Walkable to Deer Valley resort and/or a quick shuttle. Very easy to get to Main St either by walk or Uber. The place was in fabulous condition and had everything we needed. Best part was the large living room/couch so we could all hang out together and the number of bathrooms! Almost every bedroom had a shower which was really great. The Alpine Ski Rental team was very responsive. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025We loved the house. Very spacious living and dining area for all of our guests, clean, modern, and easily accessible to both Deer Valley and Park City resorts. The bus stop located right outside of the house was super convenient. The hosts were responsive for all of our questions as well. Highly recommend!

Overall the property is in very good condition and was very clean. Very well equipped. We had a great time during our 1 week stay and the Alpine Ski Properties team was very responsive when we needed them. Only thing to improve is the bbq as it is quite old and used. Jacuzzi is new and with nice views of Deer Valley.
