Reviewer Comments: We just had the best time in Park City and absolutely loved this property. There were plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and the kitchen/living area was THE BEST PART! The place was spotless when we arrived! We drove to the mountain every day, but the town bus picks up right in front of this condo if needed. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025The property was perfect for our group trip to Park City! Walkable to Deer Valley resort and/or a quick shuttle. Very easy to get to Main St either by walk or Uber. The place was in fabulous condition and had everything we needed. Best part was the large living room/couch so we could all hang out together and the number of bathrooms! Almost every bedroom had a shower which was really great. The Alpine Ski Rental team was very responsive. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025We loved the house. Very spacious living and dining area for all of our guests, clean, modern, and easily accessible to both Deer Valley and Park City resorts. The bus stop located right outside of the house was super convenient. The hosts were responsive for all of our questions as well. Highly recommend!

Overall the property is in very good condition and was very clean. Very well equipped. We had a great time during our 1 week stay and the Alpine Ski Properties team was very responsive when we needed them. Only thing to improve is the bbq as it is quite old and used. Jacuzzi is new and with nice views of Deer Valley.

Stayed Mar 20, 2023We have been to park city/deer valley several times. The location of this house/condo was perfect! The size of the condo was huge. The layout was great. There were 10 of us ages 13-55. The house needs updated. Shower curtain lines are torn, bath mats are either stained or dirty, kitchen utensils/cookware needs to be updated. The 2 “queen beds” are actually full beds The bunk room and king room are in basement as advertised. There are NO windows in these rooms. The den was great. Large sectional was a win but extreme my old. Hot water runs out fast. Washer and dryer is in basement but there is a spot for it on 2nd floor. I would stay here again but I hope they do some updates.

Reviewer Comments: Quaint, small place three stories plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Only situation we ran into was the rental company forgot to leave our keys and remote to get into the property but after hours personnel were there to help so it was fine and they delivered the keys and remote the next day.
