FULL OCEAN VIEWS Poipu Beach House, LOVELY lanai and A/C

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hale Kika! Property is in a great location. Walking distance to Shipwreck Beach, trails, and hiking! We especially enjoyed having beach gear available at the house! We plan to return!!

House was perfect for me, my wife, and 4 kids (high school and college). Great location and easy walk to beautiful beach. Poipu beach and surroundings provide all you need for beach, surfing, shopping etc and a little less commercial than other spots. Kitchen and fridge provided everything we needed to cook when desired and the beach chairs and coolers were nice to have for day trips. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view of the ocean, great location near the Grant Hyatt, Shipwreck beach, and nearby coastal hiking trails. Check in was easy, house was well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. Host was very responsive. My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful home! The house was stocked with everything you would need for the beach, and our boys loved the basketball hoop out front! There were some kitchen staples which was wonderful! It can be a pain to have to purchase random seasonings and spices to cook just a few meals on your vacation. Raff was always available to answer any questions I had, and we have actually already booked the house for next Christmas!

Wonderful place with well appointed kitchen and comfy beds. Great location. Lots of beach items including wagon to get stuff to the beach. Raff was very responsive to our questions etc. Would love to return!

Gorgeous home! Main floor’s open concept was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked and overlooked the dining and livingroom…all with a beautiful view of the manicured grounds and ocean.The primary bedroom is on the main floor and was super spacious!The two bedrooms and full bath downstairs were the perfect space for our teenage kids…giving them (and us) their own space to hang out. The location was perfect…walking trails right in front of the house lead to beautiful beaches and stunning cliffs. Every morning we walked to the beach to watch the sun rise and the whales breach. Raff was very responsive. Any time I had a question, he responded within minutes.

Great location and neighborhood, close to the Grand Hyatt, and easy walking distance to Shipwreck and Brennecke's Beaches. The house has a large deck with a partial ocean view, which we really enjoyed. The host was easy to reach and very helpful. We would consider staying again.

Raff was a great host. We had a long travel day with an early arrival to the island. We asked for an early check in and Raff worked hard to make this happen. He stayed in constant contact, providing updates throughout the day. Great family get away.

Bed sheets were not that clean and we needed wash them upon our arrival. I notified the property manager as well. Host was great! and very friendly and responsive. We had powerfull air conditioning in each roos that was a great help!

This property was amazing! Spacious, beautiful, well-appointed house, exactly as pictured! The lanai was where we began and ended each day, catching the consistent, refreshing winds. The location was absolutely perfect with breathtaking views of the ocean and the mountains. Easy access to the green belt walkways. Poipu Kai had stunning and varied foliage everywhere that provided privacy and beauty no matter where you looked. If you are searching for a quiet, chill place to land on Kauai, Hale Kika is the place to be.

We had a wonderful visit in Poipu. The house is in excellent shape, well stocked and the location can’t be beat. Highly recommended.

Having an ocean view is spectacular. You can relax on the lanai surrounded by natural beauty. Whether a bright sunny day, a cloudy day, or a rainy day, it's always gorgeous. We enjoyed the walkability to the beaches and pool. My Mom liked strolling over to the wooden swings at the Hyatt next door. The boogie boards were much appreciated by my spouse and 16-yr old daughter. We had to laugh at the one rooster who would start his serenade quite early then continue throughout the day. Well-appointed kitchen and plenty of towels/bedding. Handy to have the full laundry room as well. Can't beat the location and view! Thanks for the memories!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 on Spring Break. Great location with two wonderful beaches easy walking distance from the house. We even got to watch whales right off our Lanai! All the amenities were supplied with all the things we needed. There is even a basketball hoop that my kids used multiple times daily! Thank you! We will be back!

Feel free to modify this review.We had a wonderful stay at Jessica and Raff’s beautiful house. The place was clean and well appointed with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The location was perfect with a great view and a lanai that couldn’t be beat. We appreciated the walkability and the proximity of the property to two beautiful beaches. We will definitely come back.
