Stayed Jul 23, 2025We went on a family vacation and had such a great time. The cabin is beautiful and the lake is great for fishing. It’s a private lake so there wasn’t a ton of boat traffic which was super nice. Very quiet and relaxing. We are definitely planning on coming back!

Stayed Jun 23, 2025Beautifully well kept log cabin with modern amenities. Private and peaceful. Caught nice sized crappies right from dock. ATV trails right at driveway. Responsive and detailed information from host. Mercer has a nice store for groceries and more. Several gas stations. Highly recommend. Will stay again.

Stayed Sep 8, 2024Beautiful cabin, great communication with property manager. Kitchen would have pretty much anything you needed. Note that it’s limited as far as handicap accessibility as none of the bedrooms are on the main floor and would not be an easy path down to the boat dock. Plenty of space for lots of guests! I would stay here again. Very clean and well maintained.

Stayed Aug 27, 2024This cabin was very beautiful, clean, and well-kept. Everything we needed was available. Views of the lake were incredible from all over the property. The kids really enjoyed driving the pedal boat across the lake. The location is nearby biking and hiking trails, which our family also enjoyed. Thank you for offering your property for our vacation. It was a wonderful family experience, we would stay again.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024This lake house was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The bathrooms were nice size with plenty of towels. The location was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the loons on the lake from the deck as well as the pontoon boat.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024This house and environment was totally perfect. The cabin was exceptionally clean and welcoming, and the private lake full of mystery and enchantment. Our first night we spent an hour and a half watching Perseids shoot through the Northern Lights. We saw loons, eagles, herons, song birds, and lovely flora, and we heard wolf packs two nights in a row. Everything was perfect. Thank you so so so much!

Stayed Jul 29, 2024It was a beautiful house and week with family. The pontoon was not working for the week so we were unable to get out on the lake as a family. John did send the grandma and grandson to try and fix the boat but they were unable to. Eventually we borrowed a small fishing boat.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024This was the perfect stay for our family and our pups! Great riding trails and Mercer is such a fun little town! Our pups loved to swim and just be included in our vacation. The house had all the room we needed. Very accomodating! Would love to get a bigger group and rent out both cabin someday!
