The place was great. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The water pressure was very low. The host was fabulous! Replied quickly when reserving and there was an error. She got it handled very fast. The traffic pattern in the area is strange to me with the u-turns and not being able to cross main roads can make an outing a little stressful

Evrything was exactly as listed! Check in process was simple and evrything was clean. Would recommend.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very large dog that was barking at us, which caused some concern about exiting the car. Although we were aware there was a dog on the property, the listing did not specify whether the dog was friendly. Once inside, we found that the bed was unmade, the toilet was dirty, and there were used towels in the hamper. We promptly notified the host about these issues, but we were informed that the rental had been cleaned and that our concerns were incorrect. The cleanliness of the property at the time of our arrival was the issue—regardless of whether it had been cleaned previously, it was not in an acceptable condition when we arrived. Despite requesting a refund and opting not to stay, no compensation was offered. The host did not take responsibility or make any effort to address the situation or even acknowledge the concerns raised. Instead, we were made to feel as though we were exaggerating or fabricating the issues. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this property.

Beautiful setting in a gorgeous neighborhood. Yhe pool is something to see as well. I will recommend to all my friends.

Very hospitable hosts! Very clean and lovely back house, hosts were very nice they even brought us a charcuterie board and wine, would definitely stay again.. Would recommend

We came as a family vacation for a 5 year old birthday trip. My daughter loved the pool access and floats, and the outdoor space was very nice. Not very far from and was easy to get to Sea World, the Zoo, and the Riverwalk. There are also several local restaurants and a cool ice cream shop nearby. For smaller kiddos I would recommend life jackets or floats as the pool is deep enough that they can’t stand off the steps, just as an fyi for a young family.

As pictured and described...property is in older residential area, frequent major road noise during day and early evening hours. Residents of property were not intrusive. Would recommend for short stay only due to small living condition.
