Stayed May 18, 2025The sidewalk area outside does not do justice to the environment inside this comfortable two story home in Newark, NJ. Parking for one small car in allley-like driveway and street parking for one other vehicle is easy to come by. The first floor has three bedrooms, a living roon, a small kitchen, a nice bathroom and a tiny 1/2 bath. The second floor has three bedrooms, a small kitchen, a living roon, a nice bathroom and a tiny 1/2 bath. All the beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Room air conditioners kept the bedrooms and living spaces comfortable. All appliances were in working order and there was plenty of lighting. Outside security cameras with motion activiated sensors made us feel safe. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.
