Upstairs, the primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a king bed, breathtaking ocean views, a spacious walk-in closet, and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom. Just down the hall, a second guest bedroom with two double beds also captures stunning ocean views and includes its own private en-suite - perfect for families or groups who want to wake up to the water.



On the entry level, a third guest suite offers a quiet and comfortable queen bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, creating a private space ideal for additional guests or those seeking separation from the main living areas.

Other Things to Note:

- 3 night minimum stay.

- Guests must be at least 30 years old to rent the property.

- 1 car garage parking. Plenty of street parking available.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

- No pets, smoking or parties/events permitted.

- Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
