Front Row Beach House! NO CLEANING OR LINEN FEES!!!!

The house was the cutest little house ever. It had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. Walt was very easy to work with and was fast to respond if we needed anything. My kids loved it and my youngest loved the loft room. I enjoyed the view from the deck so much. The first morning there we got to see dolphins. It was so cozy and I would definitley stay again. Thank You

Our thanksgiving beach holiday was perfect, thanks to the amenities and location of this house. With stunning sunrise views and direct access to the beach, we couldn’t have asked for a more idyllic setting. The house was clean and comfortable. The sleeping arrangements were varied enough that we could comfortably accommodate our diverse little group, ranging in ages from 16 to 66. The location is removed from the bustle of Galveston to provide total relaxation, but it’s an easy drive into town for activities. The owners are very communicative and pleasant. I would definitely book this homey retreat again!

Overall our stay by the Beach was great. The house needed more cleaning and and it was recently Fumigated. There was dead ants in the dining area which we did not use. We notified the owner about that........

Unobstructed beach view. Ample room upstairs; extended deck underneath would be nice for bbq and showering off. Otherwise, great situation for 2 couples kids

It was an AMAZING trip. So glad I booked here. I hope to visit again next year and the year after that and so on. My home away from home.

You can’t beat being right on the beach. Beds were comfortable and house has a great layout. However, I’d rather pay a cleaning fee to know it’s clean as the house was dirty. Tub was dirty when we got there. Shower curtain liners need replaced (bad). House has not been dusted or wiped down in a long time. I went off reviews saying it was clean, but they were definitely misleading. Couch is falling apart - staples in armrest falling out. Had to really watch to make sure toddler didn’t step on them. Patio benches are wobbly and definitely need replaced. With a good scrubbing and a few updates it could be an excellent option.

This property is as described in the listing. We had a wonderful time, and the location of it being right on the beach was a bonus. The owner was very responsive.

Waterfront property is spacious, clean and kitchen is well-equipped. Property manager was welcoming and easy to work with... would go again!

Property location was excellent for having coffee or wine and listen to the ocean. The property was exactly as described on VRBO. It turned very cold and the owner contacted us to see if he could remotely turn the heat for us. Shows the owner cares!

Pictures and description are accurate. We were there for only a few days and did not cook, but kitchen is very well equipped for anyone wishing to do so. Overall, very comfortable and quiet. We wanted to be front row and close to the water, and this was better than we had hoped for that.

We loved staying here! The oceanfront being our reason to stay. You can sit on the deck, watch the waves, moonlight at night and walk straight to the beach without going over sand dunes. The house is very roomy. There is cable with a variety of good channels to watch. The beds are comfy. The house is well stocked. The beach is not crowded and kept very clean. The host Walt is a very kind and informative. He was available. That makes a huge difference. We will be staying again.

We loved this house! Dont be fooled by the picture's they dont do it justice its sooo much nicer in person full of light and great patio to just sit and relax and watch the waves... the beds are comfortable. We didnt have to buy anything from the store they had basically everything we needed the owners were very nice and let us know about a drone show they were doing at the strand which I thought was very nice of them to let us know. The only thing I would say is they need to do a little deep cleaning to get the baseboards and light switches and doors cause they are a bit dirty but that could just be me having extremely high standards other than that I definitely recommend anyone to stay here we will definitely be coming back!
