Stayed Sep 8, 2017Our family stayed two months at this property and found the owners incredibly kind and accommodating. We do not speak German and the owners helped us by making dinner reservations and other appointments when necessary. They spent an afternoon showing us downtown Rheine so we knew where everything was located. The house was exactly like it appeared in the photos. It was immaculately clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, toilet paper, soap, dishes, pots, silverware, etc. The home is located on a lovely country street with horses right across the street and donkeys just down the road. Part of what made the location so perfect was the house seems to be in the country and yet probably less than a mile away, is a market, pharmacy, dry cleaners and a couple of restaurants. Downtown is about 2-3 miles away with a mall and plenty of shopping, restaurants, as well as the train station. There is also a zoo in town which we frequently visited. There are bike trails everywhere. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend renting this home.
