Frog Hollow #15-AC: Dog-friendly, water view & pool access

A great beach house, clean and comfortable. Easy access to beaches and stores.

This was our second visit to Frog Hollow, and we hope to keep coming back for more fun. This time we extended our stay to two weeks because we loved it so much last year. The house is fantastic, and it's located close to numerous restaurants and attractions. This property is perfect; you can see that from the moment you pull into the driveway. It's well-kept with a beautiful yard and offers every indoor and outdoor amenity you can ever want. The owners fully embrace the concept of 'know your guest'...you can see they walk in our shoes and equip this house as if they are living there. The kitchen is outstanding...every pot, pan, cooking tool, spice, serving dish you could ever want to make fresh seafood meals or anything at all is provided. The living area offers books and tons of games to keep the entire family occupied. There is a closet of 'in case you forgot' items - from toothpaste to lip balm, shaving kits and more...it's like going to the front desk of a quality hotel! They even have an entire box of charging cords for multiple device types for your use! And if that's not enough, there's a shelving unit in the kitchen with more supplies to get you started until you can shop - coffee pods, lemonade, and other necessities. They have multiple binoculars for star gazing, note pads and pens for game night...so much I can't list it all! Oh, and the beach supplies - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, carts to fill with supplies that easily roll on the beach - it's so nice to have everything there, no need to bring it with you or buy things. The multiple decks, each equipped with adirondack chairs and tables and a dining table. It's wonderful to sit outside to enjoy a morning cup of coffee with the sea breeze and watch the kite surfers in the sound. And it's very dog-friendly! They have multiple bowls and feeding stations and a lovely fenced in area so the dogs can run down the back stairs into the yard and stay safely on the property. Our dog loves it there! The home is bright, open and so lovely decorated in a beach theme including awesome photographs taken by the owner (and they give you access to the jpgs if you want a copy!). This home just reaches out and embraces you the moment you walk in. It's truly become our 'happy place' away from home. We encourage you to visit Frog Hollow and experience it for yourself...you'll want to come back too!

This was the best equipped and well stocked beach house we have stayed in. The owner's have definitely thought of everything.

This was our second year in a row staying here during Labor Day week and we plan to come back next year if schedule works out. This place is bright, clean, well-maintained, well-equipped and the owners provide lots of little extras. Outside there are a number of decks with beautiful views and/or quiet privacy. It's a great location, only a 10-minute walk to a beautiful beach. We also love it because it's a great place to bring our two small dogs. The owners are clearly dog-friendly. Can't wait to come back next year!

Loved this place! Everything was as pictured/advertised (or better). We have stayed in many rentals and have never found one with so many extras (toiletries, pens, notepads, lip balm, koozies, stamped post cards, etc.) to make the stay carefree and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

This house had so many cute touches and was very well stocked with everything you could have possibly forgotten. Great location. Will stay again.

Once again, the house was great. We have stayed there four times now, and each time has been outstanding.

The house is in a great location. Short walk to beach with fabulous views off its many decks while still having a sense of privacy. Very short drive to supermarket, shopping, and a great variety of restaurants. Many within walking distance too. It is well maintained, nicely decorated, bright and cheery, and comfortable. The owners even provide a notebook of insider tips for dinning and activities, which was helpful because this was our first visit to the Outer Banks. The house has everything you could think you would need and more. Even includes toiletries, pens, notepads, bumper stickers, koozies, and stamped post cards to complete and mail. Well equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking including spices and an outdoor grill. All the modern electronics as well as board games for kids and family. Great reading material with interesting books on the Outer Banks. For the beach there were toys, chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, a wagon and beach cart to transport everything to and from the beach. Outdoor shower and hose for post beach. The yard has a fenced in area for dogs as well. We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend Frog Hollow to anyone!

This property is excellent. The space was perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen family room area is very welcoming. The owners thought of everything to make the stay stress free. Charging cords for your phones, books to read, starter coffee pods, binder of great information about the area and board games. They even thought about your dog with dog bowls a fenced area for the dog and a doggie gift as well. The place had outdoor areas to sit in the sun or shade all day long. The walk to the beach was short and chairs, toys and boogie boards were provided. This is the perfect place. There is so much to do in the area and Frog Hollow will be our place to stay.

We travel a lot and this was a quiet spot, pet friendly, amenity-filled, and comfortable for our family of 4 with pets. We have already started talking about planning our trip back to Frog Hollow?
