Stayed Oct 10, 2025House was very clean, well kept, definitely on the older side but in great shape, one TV, toys for youth and board games.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025We liked the quiet location, which was close to beaches and shopping in both Harwich and Chatham, however, the house was not well stocked and the appliances and cookware are really old and in need of upgrades. We were comfortable here for three days but probably would not come back.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023My friends and I stayed here for a weekend on the cape -- we had the best time! The house is bigger than it appears online and comfortably fit all six of us. The living and dining area is also very big! The check-in process was simple, and when we arrived the house was stocked with extra blankets, towels and very clean. It's in the perfect location on the border between Chatham and Harwich - so you can get to any area very easily. There are some things missing like outdoor furniture, but we still had the best time. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 25, 2023House had most things needed and the location was great but lacked a few important things: outdoor shower didn't work, charm was missing (no paintings on walls, disposable table cloth), no outdoor furniture or umbrella, loud AC units in every room, lights flickered, drawers and closets still had items belonging to the owner. Needs a bit more love at the price.
